Hello fellow people of the internet °☆•○☆•

Today is the 9th of August it's been like 2 weeks since I updated this diary, I was on vacation and didn't really have any time. I did try to eat healthy tho.

Today I was finally able to take my measurements, I'm not sure I did it the right way but hey at least I tried.

So i got :

57cm for thighs
30cm for arms
70cm for waist
88cm for hips

I hope I will be able to see progress with the measurements throughout the journey.

Since I can't get a gym subscription yet I'm gonna have to work out at home.

I am aware than working out is a big part of weight loss but I haaaaaaaaaaaate it so much. I have motivation to eat healthy but no motivation to work out.

Though I found chloe ting's YouTube channel, she offers free workout plans and I an about to start the hourglass program today, tbh I dont know if I will be motivated enough to finish it but hey I will try my best and I will keep ya updated.
