Luke's POV
I shrugged my red, target, employee shirt over my head, reach behind to my shoulders to pull it off, from the back of my neck.
I watched as Emmy turned away, flustered, hanging her head as if she was ashamed of this moment.
I chuckled, "It's ok, Em."
She looked taken aback by my efforts to subdue her embarrassment.
"I- I don't know what you're talking about."
I hung my head and, grabbed a random shirt off of a rack and a pair of sweats off another.
"It's ok, I get it, I'm pretty hot."
At this, Emily started laughing, "You're so full of yourself."
I turned around quietly as Emily stood with her back to me. My clothes were now completely on and covering my body in full, plus I didn't have on that obnoxiously red shirt anymore.
I walked up right Emily and closed in on her neck, well technically her ear, but neck sounds sexier.
"I'm a very modest person," I whispered in her ear.
Before I could get the third word out she had pulled away, I don't want to sound dramatic, but she literally flinched away from me.
I have to admit I was a bit hurt, maybe it was just my ego. That's probably it, makes sense too.
I brushed it off though, tried to play it cool. I made it seem like it wasn't a big deal.
I walked off and then turned back around to Emmy.
"Are you ready for our next stop?" I grinned at her.
She finally let out a little smile, tried to breathe quieter too. I had noticed though.
"I don't think I'll ever be ready for our next stop."
I laughed at this, thinking about going to hold her hand, but deciding I'd rather not risk it.
Instead I gestured her with my hand, "Well, c'mon let's go then!"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Where are we going?" She giggled as we raced back towards aisle three.
I pulled her hand, "Shhh, it's a secret."
I slowed our pace as we neared our destination.
"Aisle Four really?" she asked surprised that we came so close to where we had left off.
I nodded furiously.
"Well what's so exciting that's in aisle four?" she looked perplexed.
I giggled like a child, "Toys," I whispered.
She looked at me, her eyes widening, "Well c'mon then, lets get too it."

We sat there for at least a half an hour, bouncing a ball back and forth.
Occasionally we talked.
Random stuff.
Like why did wasabi have to be green when guacamole had already claimed the color.
And how sometimes you would look at someone on the street and realize they have a whole individual life different to yours and right now they could be thinking about anything.
I avoided the subject of me finding her practically naked on the floor.
Eventually we got bored and stopped bouncing the ball.
Just sitting there in silence, leaning against the boxes of dolls on the shelves behind us.
Her sitting a foot away from me.
I wanted to hold her, but I was scared she would move away. Again.
