EP 07.: As If It's Your Last

The drive to Jisoo's house was a silent one, they both didn't really say anything at the begining. The radio was the only think that could be heard inside the car along with the typical city noise.

However, Jennie felt comfortable, she wasn't really listening to the music but appreciating Jisoo's company and visuals. She would randomly look at her and wish she didn't notice.

It was the fourth time she did that already and Jisoo had already cought up with her but decided she wasn't going to tell her to stop, she did like the attention the american was giving her. A small giggle ended up escaping her lips and Jennie noticed that, she immediately looked away, acting as if nothing had happened.

They stopped in a red light and Jisoo took advantage of this situation to look at Jennie, the other wasn't aware of her until she talked.

"You look prettier from here" she said, expecting Jennie to blush, which she did.

None of them talked during the rest of the drive, It was a silent and confortable travel. When they finally got to Jisoo's house she parked next to the door so Jennie wouldn't have to walk with her killing heels.

They both walked together toward the apartment's door, Jisoo took advantage of this moment to hold the other girl's hand once again to guide her to her house.

She opened the door with the other hand since she didn't want to stop holding Jennie's hand and let her come in. The american immediately took off her shoes, a sound of relief leaving her lips.

"Better now?" Asked Jisoo in korean, at this point she didn't bother using her horrible english since she knew Jennie's korean was a lot better.

"Yeah" Jennie said "thank you, Jisoo" she said smiling and forgeting the embarrassing moment in the car. The korean just stood there, looking at Jennie.

"Can you say that again?" She asked after some seconds.

"Say what?"

"My name" Jisoo looked serious, like she really wanted Jennie to repeat her name.

"Why?"

"I like it" she said confidently, not like Jennie who ended up stuttering her name.

"J-jisoo...?" Her cheeks became red once again, It was like a hobby at this point.

"Don't stutter, it makes it cuter!" Jisoo exclaimed smiling. She then placed her arm on Jennie's shoulder and walked with her to the living room's sofa "should we watch a movie?" She asked sitting down, her arm still on Jennie. She nodded in response and Jisoo turned on the TV and looked for some random korean movie she had downloaded ages ago.

To be honest, the movie was the last thing she was going to pay attention to, she really had a hard time gaining the guts to ask Rosé to call Jennie and to hang out with her, she was going to enjoy this moment she had with her.

Jennie, however, seemed really into the storyline and Jisoo didn't want to bother, at least not now. She simply rested her head on the other's shoulder since her arm was now surrounding Jennie's waist. She noticed Jennie reacting to her actions and found it really cute how she bit her lower lip in embarrassement.

It didn't take long for Jennie to lose Interest in the movie, Jisoo was being really clingy. Not like she didn't like It, she loved It, but her crush being so close to her didn't help her shyness. It took her some time to realize she could basically hug Jisoo back so she did it, carefully.

They were both cuddling each other by the end of the movie and none of them seemed to want to stop so the just stayed there.

"Hey" Jisoo called suddenly, as she started playing with Jennie's hair.

"...yeah?" Replied Jennie, her heart beating fast.

"Maybe this is too much of a sudden but," she stopped talking, as if she were re thinking what she was going to say.

"Can i kiss you?"

Jennie's eyes opened in surprise, what did she mean by that? Maybe she was just asking to kiss her cheeks, like a friendly kiss; that's probably it, she thought, the said so cheeks becoming a strong shade of red.

"Y-yeah" she agreed, thinking her theory was correct.

What she didn't expect was Jisoos's lips touching hers in a loving and slow kiss. As shocked as Jennie was, she didn't stop the kiss, she kissed back enjoying the moment. Her hands ended up holding the korean's head to make It easier for her to continue the kiss.

They took their time, not rushing and enjoying every part of It. When they separated their lips they made eye contact, both of them blushing.

"I like you, Jennie" said Jisoo breaking the silence "i noticed you staring at me from the very begining but didn't do anything about It" she started explaining "Rosé told me you pretty much had a crush on me and that made me pay more attention to you" Jennie felt the need to punch her friedn for exposing her like that but then again, this would have never happened if she never had done It.

"I started liking you and i wanted to be more than just friends" she finished, touching Jennie's cheeks lovingly and smiling.

"A-are you asking me to be your girlfriend?" Said Jennie after some time of just analizing the situation and realizing It wasn't a dream.

"Yes"

Jennie didn't even answer, she needed more time to process everything, of course she wanted to be her girlfriend.

"Is that a no...?" Asked Jisoo, kind of scared of rejection.

"No!" Jennie exclaimed inmediately "of course i want to be your girlfriend"

"You do?"

"Yes!" The american said smiling while asking herself where all that confidence came from.

Jisoo's answer was just another kiss which was, once again, being returned by her new girlfriend. When they stopped they cuddled and talked to each other, to get to know themselves better. Jennie ended up falling asleep in Jisoo's arms gaining a smile from her who basically did the same.
