-Imogen's POV-
I didn't kill Imogene. Twiza did. Because I told her to, she didn't have a problem with it. According to Twiza, Imogene's head need a lot of hacking before it came off, of course it did, it was Imogene. She ruins everything.
I knew that Dawn would just assume it was me, but I didn't worry about her, because Dawn's not going try to lay a single finger on me. I'm always going to stay in a large group of people so Dawn wouldn't even try attacking me? I've already created a little alliance within my team, it's small, but it should make sure I don't get 'kicked off'.
Everyone on this island is so gullible, that's how I made my alliance.
"Hey! Heyyyyy! ImOgeN!!!" There are times where I regret who I asked to join the alliance.
"What is it Anastajia?" I sighed
"We're like best friends now, huh? Yeah. Totally, we're such gr-" Anastajia began
"Ana," Twiza whispered to her "Don't annoy Imogen, she'll kick you out of the alliance!"
"Thank you Twiza. Just like I said, you and me, final three," I smiled and Twiza beamed, stupidly thinking that she was going to survive to the last three contestants, then wandered off. As soon as she left, I whispered to Anastajia "But me and you, final two," Anastajia grinned and did a little squeal of excitement.
Gullible.
-Dawn's POV-
I was mad about what Imogen did. But I didn't let that rage consume me. I was walking around thinking about it, how can I confront Imogen? Even better, how can I kill Imogen. If I'm being honest, I doubted Imogen did kill Imogene, it seems out of charter for Imogen get dirty, even in the obstacle course everything just seemed to miss her.
Everything just seemed to miss her...
That can't have been true, she was in the lead the entire time, so the Liquid Donkeys would have been aiming for her, focusing on her, taking her out. But the LDs only have nine players, four on the field, four directing, one shooting. She must have bribed the other team, or formed an alliance. And, luckily for Imogen, her 'friend' was the sniper. I racked my brain, trying to remember who the shooter for LD was, but I had no luck. I cursed.
I kept walking around the cabins, trying to shake the memory loose in my brain, until I tripped over something, no, someone.
"Sorry," We both said at the same time.
It was David, he was sitting down and leaning against the side of the dining cabin and I tripped over his feet. He had blue eyes and short black hair that stuck out at odd angles, his face was stilled covered in dry blood and paint (from my paintball), just like his clothes. It surprises me how he's still awake, or alive.
"Sorry," I repeated
"It's fine," he mumbled
"You should go inside, your wounds might get infected,"
"Do I look like I've got enough strength to get up and go inside?"
I sighed "One second, wait here,"
I ripped off one of my shirt sleeves, went into the girls bathroom and wet the rag, then came back outside and cleaned the blood off his face. It felt weird, but I didn't care. David just looked tired, and he had every right to be, still, tired is better than dead.
"Better?" I asked
"Thanks," He mumbled, now that he didn't have blood covering his face, I could see that he had very pale skin, either form the blood loss, or it's natural for him..
