Small Break in (Yandere!Greece x Shy!Reader)

There you where, baseball bat in hand as you stare at your closed bedroom door. You where sitting up right in your pj's on your shared bed, your lover was fast asleep beside you. You had heard a noise coming from downstairs but you were scared to go and look for yourself. You had thought of waking Greece up to go look but.... You didn't have the heart to, he had been working non stop for the past couple of weeks so you knew he needed a well deserved rest.

Taking a deep breath you slowly and carefully got off the comfy bed. Your hands where shaking and becoming sweaty as you inched closer to the bedroom door. Putting your hand on the door knob, you took a deep breath, and opened it.
The sound of the door opening made Greece stir awake "Darling? What are you doing?" Greece sat up slowly as he rubbed his eyes.
"w-well..." you let out a nervous sigh as you turn to him, your whole body shook "I-I thought I heard s-something downstairs.." you said quietly as you looked down. Greece's face turned from confused and tired to calm and serious, quickly getting out of bed he walked over to you "you should have woken me, (y/n). How long have you been up?" He gently placed his hand under your chin, lifting your head so you where looking at him. "....maybe an hour? I'm not sure..." "Oh (y/n)...you should have woken me" he wrapped his arms around you protectively as he stroked your hair softly."You've been working so hard, Greece. I didn't want to bother you with something so silly, you need your rest" you mumbled quietly as you nuzzle your face into his bare chest, slowly wrapping your arms around his waist, not realizing how tired you really were until now. Greece let out a sigh as he holds you tighter "Baby, you know as well as everyone that you need your rest as well. Besides, what happens if someone is down there and you got hurt?" You didn't see it, but Greece and a nasty look on his face. Just the thought of someone hurting or touching you was enough to set Greece off. 
Pulling away from his partner, Greece smiled and took the baseball bat from your hand "Stay here and I'll go check it out, alright? And if-" "N-no way! I'm coming with you" you interrupted as you grabbed his free hand. "I'm not letting you go down there by yourself" you looked at him in the dim lit room, the only light source was from the moon outside.
Greece knew he couldn't change your mind, that's one of the things he loves about you. Even though it can get on his nerves sometimes.
But he wasn't going to let you go down there with him "Darling, I need you to stay up here ok? I'll be right back, I promise" he kissed you on the head and walked out of the room "I mean it (y/n)" letting go of his hand you sighed "A-Alright.."
Ruffling your hair he walked downstairs every so carefully. Going back over to the bed you sat back down, Staring back at the door intensely.

After a few minutes Greece came back into the room "I didn't see anyone down there" he said as he shut the bedroom door and placed the baseball bat back down near the door "A-are you sure?" you asked as he climbed back into bed. Wrapping his arms around you and pulling you beside him he nuzzled his face into your neck, making you gasp and blush at the sudden action "I'm sure dear. Now go back to sleep, I'll protect you" he whispered, pecking your lips as he held you to his chest. You smiled shyly and cuddled into him "Thank you" with a big yawn you closed your eyes, swiftly falling into dreamland.

"Anything for you dear... anything for you"
suppressing a chuckle, he smiled wickedly as he glared at the blood soaked bat.

The next day you were relaxing on the couch listening to the news well Greece was out back."This just in, local man goes missing and found dead last night. Police say he was involved with multiple burglaries and murders throughout the years. No other information was found about this man, but we are certain that he was beaten to death with a blunt object" A blonde haired woman says as she straightens her coffee cup "Sounds like karma finally caught up with him, huh Joice?" A blacked haired man who sat on the opposite side of the woman said with a joking tone, it seemed that he was trying to lighten up the mood "It sure seems that way Tom." they both laughed and continued to a different topic. You stared at the TV in shock "that's awful... who would do such a thing?" you shake your head and switched the channel to something else. Just when you switched the channel Greece walked in "What are you watching my love?" he asked as he sat down beside you "I just threw something random on" you smiled light and leaned against him. Wrapping an arm around your shoulders, he kissed the side of your head "I love you, dear" blushing darkly you smiled shyly "I love you too"
