Four hours had gone past and...still no response – the young prince attempted to call the popstar earlier to ask her out officially for a date, however, Iyana...didn't pick up.
The prince felt deflated at the fact she hasn't called back and was even considering that she may not even be interested in him, in fact, he was convinced that she had given him the wrong number.

As Christopher laid on the vintage couch in the lounge room, he couldn't help but look at his phone in hope that Iyana would respond back to his missed call. Yes, he has only tried calling once however, he didn't want to come off as obsessive or overbearing – especially, since they only just met yesterday.
Christopher was so much in his own thoughts he didn't notice his own mother walk into the lounge and sit on the couch opposite him, smiling directly at her eldest son, which wasn't returned back.
Queen Alicia raised her eyebrow in surprise that her own son didn't greet or smile back at her.
''Christopher?'' The Queen of Ecuador called out to get her son's attention, which ultimately worked.
Snapping Christopher out of his trance, he looked at his mother who was seemingly concerned.
''Oh, hi mother'' Christopher said while forcing a smile to his mother.
''What's wrong?'' Alicia asked noticing the fake smile on her only son's face.
The Queen and her children have always been extremely close to one another, with Christopher and Maria being miracle children after the Queen was told by doctors that she would never be able to have children. Their happiness and wellbeing have always been her number one priority, which can sometimes be seen as spoiling them – but if it meant their happiness, Alicia would sacrifice everything.
The young prince looked at his concerned mother and gave a weary smile, and started with ''I...There's this girl I really like and I've called her but she didn't pick up and she hasn't responded yet, I think she doesn't- ''
''like you? Mi hijo'' Alicia said cutting off her son and getting up from her seat to sit next to him and comfort him.
''Want to know a secret?'' The Queen asked to her son, who just nodded as he put his head on her lap, while she lightly stroked his hair.
''When your father was trying to court me, your grandfather refused for me to have my personal phone or email, so do you know what we used to do?'' Alicia rhetorically asked her son.
''No...What did you guys do?'' Christopher asked, intrigued at what his mother was going to say.
''We got our family secretaries to send each other emails for us, we even had secret phone calls...But, sometimes I didn't respond in time or even pick up – but your father did not once think I didn't like him just because I didn't answer back'' Alicia said finishing her statement.
