Chapter 13

     Midoriya's POV~Timeskip 1 week~

     The investigation involving Eri hasn't been going anywhere. I decided that I would try to find Eri myself. I started sneaking away from the school during the day.
   
     I walk around nearbye cities. I was walking down the street when I see a familiar shade of white up ahead. I start sprinting towards it. Is my mind messing with me?
   
     I get closer and see that it is Eri. She ran out of an alley she turns away from me and I think about calling out to her.

     Someone appears behind her. I can tell that it is Chisaki. He grabs her hand and picks her up. He carries her back towards the alleyway. I need to follow them without being seen. It takes everything I have to not call out to her. I look up at the rooftops. I use full cowling to jump up to the roofs. I look down into the alleyway and follow Chisaki from the rooftops. He looks up and I have to duck back out of his field of view.
   
     I peek back over and he is looking forwards at a door. He enters the door in side of the alleyway. I take a picture with my phone as he enters the door then start heading back to the school. 

     Principle Nezu's POV

     I was in my office working on paperwork discussing the security updates needed for the school. There is a furious knocking on the door.

"Enter." Midoriya bursts into the room. He was breathing very heavily. "Midoriya? What brings you here?" He hurries to my desk. "I found her." He hands me his phone. I look and there is a picture of a man and a young girl with white hair.
     "Where did You take this picture?" He had to have left the school. "I was walking around (some city IDK) city. I saw her leave an alley and I followed them." I nodded. "Midoriya, you know that it is against school rules to leave without permission from your teacher. What would you have done if you had been seen?"
     He hung his head. "I underatand that I will have to take responsibility for my actions." I nodded. "You Can return to your dorm. I will talk to Aizawa and set up a rescue mission for young Eri." He turned to leave. "Thank You Principle Nezu." I nodded.

     Midoriya's POV

     I happily return to my dorm room. Of course I know that I will be punished for leaving the school, but it's worth it. Eri is going to be ok! I stop by the kitchen to grab a bag of chips then head upstairs. I take a nap and wake up when there is a quiet knock on my door. I open it to find Aizawa Sensei.
     He steps inside my room. "Midoriya, Principle Nezu has informed me that you left school grounds without telling anyone or recieving permission." I nodded. "Yes sir." He sighed. "Your going to have cleaning duty for five days. We are going to try and retreive Eri tomorrow night. Principle Nezu asked me to see if you would want to join us based on your past with her. You can't tell anyone. This is top secret."
 
     I nodded. " Yes I'll go with you to rescue Eri." He turned to walk out the door. "Wear your hero costume." He left the room and closed my door. 

     Tomorrow night

     Midoriya's POV

     I step out of my dorm room. Aizawa Sensei is waiting downstairs. I quietly travel down the stairs and out the door. Aizawa Sensei grabs my hand. "Come on." I travel with him until we reach the other heroes. Endeavor, Snipe, Midnight, and Lemillion were present. "Ok, let's go." 

     We arrived at the alleyway. Lemillion crept up to the door and stuck his head through. He moved his entire body through the door and it opened shortly after.
     We all headed into the building. The floor continuously sloped downwards as we walked. We started encountering doors. Lemillion would peek through them using his quirk. They were all empty. We turn a corner and see a guarded door.
     Aizawa Sensei quickly pulls him over with his scarf and Midnight knocks him out. Lemillion and I head to the door. I put my ear to the door and hear sniffling. It has to be Eri. I threw open the door and saw Eri sitting on her bed.
     There is an uneaten plate of food beside her.  "Go away..." I walked into the room. "Eri, it's me." She looked up. "Deku-San!" She ran and jumped into my arms. I pick Eri up and she wraps her arms around my neck. "Let's go!" We run out of the room.
     Aizawa Sensei looks at us as we enter the hallway. "You have her?" I nodded. "Yes." We start running for the corner since our objective has been met. I look at Eri. Her hair is matted and she feels thinner than I remember. I am at the back of the group when I hear a loud bang then feel a hot pain rip through my shoulder. I look behind me and see a group of villains chasing us.
     One of them in the front was aiming a gun at me. I hear more shots. Thinking of Eri I throw myself on the floor to protect her. Endeavor shoots fire above me and I feel the heat on my back. I crawl on the floor until I reach the corner and have some cover. I stand back up and start running again. If I can get Eri outside then she should be able to escape.

     "Midoriya! Get outside. We Will hold them here." I nod and keep running for the door.

     I burst outside and slide to a stop. I look over Eri. She doesn't look hurt. I tighten my arms around her and bury my face into her neck. "Your safe now Eri." I hear a click right beside my ear. "Are you sure about that?"

(I'm a jerk I know. The next chapter will probably be the last. IDK. Hope u guys have enjoyed so far.)
