A/N: This is a Aimie Atkinson x OC story. I mean no harm to Genesis (her irl girlfriend) by this. This is purely a work of my imagination and I just wanted to write it down! Now on with the story!
Addy's POV
(For my idea of Addy, take Sabrina Carpenter circa 2015, and make her have the side shave of Karen Olivo. )
I rolled out of bed and smacked my clock to make it shut off. Eight am, cool, I have to leave at one, so I have enough time to go on a run. I pulled off my sleep shirt and pulled on a sports bra. It was black, so it would match with my blue confetti workout pants. On went socks, and then my running shoes, earbuds in my ears, I put on my old playlist from my bubble pop era, and left my third floor flat. I waved to Chris, the doorman, as I left, and he smiled and waved back. I ran for around thirty minutes, as I always do. It was normal.
That's when things stopped being normal. I ran into a taller person while I walked with my eyes closed. "Oh my- I'm so sorry," I looked up from my newly found place on the ground to meet a kind eyed lady. "miss, I-I-" she cut me off of my stuttering apology.
"It's quite okay, no harm done, I'm more concerned about you, would you like help up?" She offered me her hand and I gratefully accepted it. She was rather small, but strong, as she could pull me up. Okay , she didn't have to be that strong I was kinda underweight as a five foot woman, a normal weight was 96+ and I was under ninety. Well I forget to eat, what can I say?
"Tha-thank you. I'm Addy, Addy Carpenter." I smiled, my straighter than I was, teeth beaming.
"Aimie Atkinson," she returned the smile.
"I'm sorry for run-running into you, again."
"Don't worry about it. Well I'm terribly sorry, and I would love to stay and get to know you, however I'm afraid I have a meeting before work today."
"Oh that's quite alright, It's been nice to meet you Aimie," I smiled again.
"Same to you Addy, I'd love to see you again sometime. Perhaps we will run into each other again."
"Per-Perhaps!" I shrugged, and she smiled one last time before going around me and she went on her way, to do whatever she was doing. I checked what time it was on my Fitbit, and I had to rush home to make it in time for a quick shower.
From there on my day went like normal until it was time for auditions. See, I really like doing theatre, and when I'm onstage my stutter goes away. If I can earn this role as "Catherine Parr" in this musical that one of my best friends wrote then maybe I won't have to hear my terrible stutter for much longer.
I pulled out my phone and I texted Toby.

Shit, my phone's still on New York time. I went there to visit my parents and just got back yesterday. I don't know why it didn't change back, but it's a good thing I don't use my phone for alarms. I changed it and it became 11: 33 am. I smiled and went to do my hair, just the one side curled to perfection.
I'm a perfectionist. If something I have isn't perfect, I need to fix it. My gpa was a 4.0, I took all advanced classes, and graduated fast. It's a small thing, but if I don't look the way Instagram models do, I "forget" to eat again and down, down, down goes my number until I look like a model. I drink tea, and that's all anyone ever sees me drink. Never milk, never coffee, always a cup of senna tea, no sugar, and made with water. It might not be the safest lifestyle, but as long as Toby didn't find out, no one would know.
I went to the theatre, where Toby told me auditions were going to be held. It was call-backs, but the time before it was just Toby and the girl he wrote the show with. Lucy Moss. She's actually really cool once you get to know her. Today I was told it was going to be a full cast thing, and that if they liked me as Cathy Parr, then I had the role! As I arrived, I saw another four girls, wow, only five of us made call backs. Yikes, this is going to be tough. Wish me luck...
