Stuck in Death Note?!

Chapter Four

It has been a two days since I killed someone and I have killed two others who failed to follow me. Everyone thinks that is was just a normal murder by someone who then got killed by Light-, I mean Kira. I was walking to school as always when I got pulled into an ally. "Hey! Let me go!" I screamed and killed the person in the gut. "Ow! Calm down it's just me!" Light said and I looked at him and slapped him. "You can't just grab someone by the arm like that you idiot!" I yelled at him. "Sorry." He smirked and I growled. "What do you want?" I hissed. "Why did you kill those three people who followed you?" He asked and I had a look of shock on my face. "What do you mean?" I asked calmly. "Don't play dumb. Ryuk told me everything." He said and grabbed a piece of paper and had me touch it so I could see him. "Hello Ryuk." I said and smiled at the shinigami. "I killed them because don't you know the dangers of stalkers Light?" I chuckled and took out my death note and smiled lightly, hitting him on the head with it. "Meet Stitches." I said, giving Stitches another box of candy hearts. I then put my death note away. "Besides, unlike you, I'm making sure no one figures out about yet another person with a death note." I told him in a cold voice and walked away.

I sat in class as the same boring lesson went on. I sighed lightly, starting to get hungry, I glanced over at L and couldn't help but utter a small laugh. Between his odd way of sitting and always looking cutely sad he was eating a lollipop. "Ryuzaki you can't eat that just yet." I said, trying to hid my laugh and stole the candy from him. "Hey!" He said and turned toward me. "You can get it back when it's lunch Ryuzak." I scolded him and after a few minutes the bell rang, meaning lunch. L stood up and looked at me, holding his hand out. I gave him back his candy which his put right back into his mouth.He had started to leave the class but I quickly jumped up." R-Ryuzaki! Do you want to eat lunch together?" I smiled. "I made strawberry cake~!" I smiled and started to walk out. "Sure." I heard him say and he followed after me as I walked outside.

We both sat on a bench and I gave him the strawberry cake I had purposely made for him. "Is there any plan formed about me as bait?" I asked after a bit. "I'm guessing that's why you invited me for lunch?" He asked and I nodded with a small blush. "Yeah." I chuckled. "Well we do have a plan. We are going to have you "kill" someone but your name will be unknown to the reporters. You will then send a note to Kira that will be broadcasted. You'll write a script. You'll then have him meet you somewhere and then we'll catch him." He said as if it were just that simple. I nodded. "Alright.. Although I'm still mad at being used as bait." I huffed and looked at his cake and stole a piece, eating it. He looked over at me with an expression that was surprised and sad that I stole a piece. I giggled, seeing that as cute. I then stuck my tounge out at him. "Pay-back!" I giggled.

L's POV

I watched as she stole a piece of my cake with saddness. I then rolled my eyes and ate the rest before she could eat it. I then looked over at her and saw that she had frosting on her cheek from the cake. Without thinking I reached over and licked it off. At that she jumped, surprised at that. I chuckled lightly, looking at her beet red face. "W-we better g-get back to c-class!" She stammered and gathered up everything, speed walking to class. She's cute when she's blushing.. I thought and stood up, calling for Watari to pick me up. I walked to the front of the stood just as a black car pulled and I climbed inide and sat myself on the seat, starting to eat sweets again and the thought of Keki with the cake frosting on her cheek came to mind and I smiled to myself. "Watari, could you tell me about what love is?" I asked as he drove and he looked in the rear-veiw mirror at me to see me smiling. He nodded. "I would be glad to L." He said.
