We walk together and reach the hotel in fifteen minutes. I walk in the lobby to find Renée with Athena and Jaden. They looked as if they were ready to go out. "Mommy!", Athena ran to me.

I smiled and kissed her nose. "Hi baby. Where are you going looking so cute?", I smile and ask. She giggles. "I want to go to the tower. So I asked Jaden. He said yes.", she looks at him.

He walk towards me. "Yeah, I thought, why not? And then Renée decided to join us with Andy." "Oh, that's a great idea! I'll get Eric.", says Madison, and she runs to find her fiancé.

Jaden hugs me from behind. "Athena was just an excuse. I wanted to spend some quality romantic time with my wife to be.", he whispered in my ear. I smiled and kissed him. "I would love that, babe."

"Did you go to a bridal store? You liked something from the collection?", he asks. "Nah, and it was so expensive too. I want something, um, more personal.", I say. He nods and kisses me again.

"Can we join as well?", A voice says from behind us. I break from my kiss and turn to see it was Phil's girlfriend, accompanied by Phil. I bite my lip when I see Phil, who had his cold stare directly at me and Jaden. I think Jaden saw it too, because he put his arms around my waist again. Phil looks away. I look at Jaden and he gives me a reassuring smile. I was so lucky to have him.

Phil's girlfriend looks at me for an answer. "Ofcourse. Why not? The more the merrier.", I say. She smiles brightly and walks towards me. Jaden pulls back, but stays next to me. She extends her hand towards me.

"My name is Hermione. And it's so nice to meet you.", she says. I take her hand with a smile. "Ditto. I'm Amelia. And this is Jaden.", I say. "Oh, we've already met. He came to us with Phil's daughter." "Athena.", I say.

"Right, Athena. I'm Phil's girlfriend. I know him and Jaden are friends. Do you know him?", she asks. Is this woman for real? I stare into her eyes, trying to see if she was joking.

"Better than you think, Hermione.", I say simply. She raises her eyebrow. "Mom, can we leave now?", Athena interrupts us. I nod at her and look at Hermione again. She had already realized who I was.

"You are Athena's mother? Oh my god, I'm so sorry I didn't know who you were. I feel so stupid for asking such a question. Ofcourse you know Phil." I wanted to say something mean, but she was genuinely so embarrassed that I started laughing. "It's alright. Happens."

She nods. "It was really nice to meet you, Amelia. I hope we can be friends.", she says, and leaves to join Phil who was talking to Eric.

I try to decide if I like her or not. She seemed sweet, but I wasn't sure. Athena tugs at my hand and I pick her up. "Let me call Liam. Then we'll leave, okay?" I say to her. "No need. I'm right here!", Liam says from behind.

We leave as soon as we're assembled. Jaden takes my hand and intertwines our fingers. Everyone starts walking at a slow pace, seeing the beautiful city around us. Athena runs to join Liam, who was walking alone as he was the only one of us who didn't have someone to walk with. I felt a pain in my chest at the sight of that and I hoped that he would get someone soon.

With me and Jaden alone at last, we start talking. "You didn't tell me that you met Phil's girlfriend.", I say to him. He shrugs. "I didn't think you cared. And was it weird to see Phil after so long tonight?"
