Chapter 3

•Cassie's P.O.V•

I woke up to Mason jumping on my bed. "Mommy mommy Matt said to get up" he jumped. I got up and grabbed him starting to tickle him which made him giggle and squeal. I laugh'd and stopped. I grabbed Mason and we walked out of the room. I walked over to Matts room and knocked. He answered. "Hey Cass" he said inviting us in. Everyone was in there. "What the hell Matt" I whispered. "Just come on" he reassured me. The guys hadn't known I was back and they sure didn't know I had a child that was also Jacks. "Mason just stay quiet ok buddy?" I said. He nodded. "Hey guys" I awkwardly said. "Cassie!" Hayes said getting up an hugging me. The guys joined. I hadn't seen any of them except Carter and Matt since the fight. "I missed you guys." I laughed. "Mommy I'm squished" I heard a little voice say. "Oh my gosh Mas" I said pushing them away and picking up Mason. There goes keeping him secretive. "Cassie?" Nash asked. "Guys this is Mason. And he's my son" I stuttered out. Just then Jack walked in. "Shit Espinosa" he mumbled. "AND HES MY DADDY" Mason yelled pouting to Jack. His face went blank. "What?" Cam asked. "Guys 2 years ago when I left I found out I was pregnant with Jacks kid. He never knew until yesterday. And Matt has been helping me raise Mason since he was born." I explained. Mason had now crawled over to Jack and was in his arms. "Guys I'm sorry I never told ANY of you. I was just confused" I said. "I'm pretty sure we are all ok with it. We are just glad your back" Taylor said. All the guys nodded. "Mommy who are all these people" Mason asked. "Well they are your uncles. That's Uncle Nash and that's Hayes..." I explained everyone to him and he nodded. "And you know who Matt and Carter are" I finished. He nodded. "Ok so what should we do?" Jack asked. "I have to go to the hill. Why don't you have a day with Mason?" I suggested. He nodded. Carter and Matt came with me to the hill and I left.

•Jacks P.O.V•

"Mason were gonna have a fun day today ok?!" I said. "YEAH" he responded. I walked over to Cassie's room and she was gone but she had given me a key. I went over to her bag an grabbed Mason little black skinny jeans and a red snowboarding hoodie. I got him his red vans and we were ready to go. I picked him up and asked him if he needed anything else. He said no and we walked to my room. I pulled on the same thing as Mason and I took a picture of us. We left and got into the car. "Mason where do you wanna go today?" I asked him bucking him into his car seat. "I wanna go to the beach" he said. "Mason it's cold out how about we go to skyzone!" I asked starting the car. "YEAHHHHHH can my uncles come later too" he asked. I nodded. We drove to Skyzone and I got him out of the car. It was empty. Cool!. We got our wristbands and I took his shoes off with mine. I grabbed his hand and we began to jump. "Higher Daddy" he laughed. I laughed too. I did flips and stuff and Mason clapped. "I wanna try!" Mason yelled. "Ok come here." I said. I held on to him. "Jump!" I yelled. He did and I flipped him around. He giggled and we continued to jump. We took a break and sat down for lunch. "Mason your not mad that I haven't been there for you are you?" I asked. "I could never be mad at you daddy" he smiled having ice cream all over his face. I smiled too. The guys came and we all jumped and stuff until fans came.

"Oh shit" Johnson said looking at Mason. I did too and quickly grabbed him. "NASH CAM TAYLOR CARTER" fans screamed. "You guys have to leave I'm sorry" the worker said. We all nodded. "Daddy my ears hurt" Mason said. I put his hood up. "Were going buddy" I reassured him. "JACK. WHOS THE KID. JACK HAS A KID. WHOS THE MOM" were what people shouted. I got him into his car seat and the guys piled in. "Gilinsky you gotta tell them." Johnson said. I nodded. The drive back to the hotel was silent except for Mason singing ever song on the radio. "Mini Shawn" we called him. We got back to the hotel and there were a lot of fans. "Mason I'm sorry" I sighed as I got him out of his car seat. "It's ok. Don't be sad daddy" he said as I picked him up. I put our hoods up and we walked in quickly. We got in and went up to the rooms. "Now what?" Cam asked. "Uncle Cam let's go swimmin" Mason shouted. We all laughed and nodded. I got changed and so did Mason and we walked down to the pool area. "Mason do you know how to swim?" Nash asked. "No uncle nashy" he said. We laughed and got in. I held onto Mason the whole time. "Mason I'm going to teach you how to swim. Watch Uncle JJ" he did and by the end of swimming he could somewhat swim well. We went back up to the room and it was 7. "Mason I think it's time for bed." I said as I walked out of the bathroom from changing. I had swear pants and a t-shirt on. Mason was already asleep on the bed. I smiled and picked him up carefully and walked to Cassie's room. I set him on his bed and covered him up. I kissed his forehead. "Night Mason" I said. I laid down on the couch and checked my phone. Twitter was a mess. Everything was about "jacks mystery kid" I ignored it. "Hey Jack I'll be home by 8. We got hung up at Whizzer. See ya soon" that was from Cassie. I smiled and closed my eyes on the couch.

•Cassie's P.O.V•

We were suppose to be home at 6:30 but Mark McMorris showed up. And he is like my role model. He recently just went to the Olympics in Sochi for snowboarding and won a bronze. We talked a lot and I got his number!! It was fun. Matt and Carter seemed to have fun too. Back home when ever we went up to Northern California they always snowboarded with me. We were now pulling up to the hotel. I left my gear in the car and got onto Matts back because i didn't have shoes on. We for up to the rooms and I said goodbye to the guys as I walked into my room. Mason was asleep in his bed and jack was asleep on the couch. I smiled and grabbed clothes to change into. I grabbed spandex and a pink long sleeve shirt. I walked out and went over to Jack. "Jack.... Jack wake up" I said shaking his shoulder. His eyes opened slowly. "Hey Cassie" he said in a groggy voice. "Hey um I'm back so you can go now." He nodded and got up. I walked him to the door. "Thanks for spending the day with Mason. I'm sure he enjoyed it". I said standing in the door frame. " anytime" he responded quietly. I smiled. He leaned in and pressed his lips against mine. I did too. Our lips moved in sync for awhile as my hands found my way up around his neck and his hands were gently placed on my hips. We stayed like that for awhile until I heard a door open down the hall. I pulled away and looked to see Johnson walk out. "Hey Gilinsky are you coming?" He asked. "Yeah give me a minute" Gilinsky responded. Johnson nodded and returned into his room. "Maybe next time you can stay" I said quietly. He smiled"I would like that." He pecked my cheek and walked away. Before he went into his room he turned back towards me. "Goodnight Cass" "Goodnight Gilinsky"
