Tonight was a full moon. Y/n and Hayley are standing by the bonfire, waiting for the moon to reach its apex, so the Crescent wolves can become human. They want to give them the paste, so the curse can be broken. They ran their hands over their stomachs, waiting.

Once the wolves turned human, Y/n handed the jar to Jackson, who poured it into a pot of food. Everybody ate it, but they all stood and waited to see if the curse had been broken. The moon was covered by the clouds. Everyone cheered as they were still human. Hayley and Y/n and hugged before the Marshall girl pulled away. She turned to Jackson as they hugged.

The next day, the guys in the pack were sparring. Hayley and Y/n watched along with everyone else, they looked up when Jackson walked over to them. "Shouldn't you be out there playing fight club with the rest of the frat boys?" Y/n asked slightly using sarcasm. "Nah, that's just for pecking order. They already know who's the Alpha." He responded with a smirk. When the match ended, Oliver cheered. "Next up, let's go?" The three of them went inside to eat, the girls smiled as they grabbed their plates before looking over at all the food, not knowing what to get. "You should try Tucker's ribs." Jackson said. "What's next?" Y/n started. "We're gonna play horseshoes?" Hayley finished, as both girls teased Jackson. "Hey, don't mock country living, darling." He replied. "Sorry, this is just a lot more family fun than I'm used to." Hayley admitted. "Well, maybe I can help you get used to it." Jackson said looking at Hayley. The Original Tribrid looked at Hayley as she stood behind Jackson and started making smooching faces. Hayley playfully glares at her, Jackson sees this and turns around and see Y/n giving him a innocent smile. "Then all we gotta do is forget she's spent half her life with humans and the other half with vampires." Oliver said, joining them, taking a bite of food. "Ollie, back off." Jackson said in a warning tone.

"It's okay. If the tint of the litter's got something to say, he should say it." Hayley said. Oliver laughed. "You know, word from the Quarter is your boy Elijah's holding some kind of power summit. Guess who wasn't invited?" "Where did you hear this?" Y/n asked. "It doesn't matter. The point is that we're stuck here living in the swamp while her boyfriend's deciding who gets what in the city. But, I guess that shows how much respect he's got for werewolves, huh?" He looks at them before leaving.

Y/n and Hayley burst into the room, both in a rage. "Are you serious? You're dividing up the city." Hayley said so Y/n could finish. "And the werewolves don't even get a say?" Diego stood up. "What the hell is she doing here?" He said pointing at Hayley. "Diego, sit." Elijah told him, his eyes stuck on the girls, mostly Hayley. Elijah stood while the vampire sat down. "We're not diving up the city, we're establishing boundaries -." But he was cut off by the Original Tribrid. "No, Elijah! There is not gonna be peace if the werewolves are excluded. They want a seat the table." Hayley nodded her head, agreeing with her. Diego sniggered but stops at the deadly glare she gave him. "And if they dont get one, we guarantee that you all will regret it." Hayley said, after that everyone started arguing, they crossed their arms. Their eyes fixed on Elijah.

Elijah sent everyone away as it was just the three of them now. "Do you have any idea what it took just to get those people in one room together?" He asked. "No, actually we don't." Y/n said. "Because we didn't even know what you were doing out here until someone else told us. Tell me something, Elijah, did you leave the werewolves out because of me?" Hayley asked. "I excluded them because they no longer reside in the French Quarter, my immediate concern is to end the mounting conflict here. Now,  I can assure you once this treaty is solidified, it will expand to your people." "And until then, we should tell them what?" Y/n asked. "Sit, stay, roll over?" Hayley finished. "I would prefer you remove yourselves from the process altogether." Elijah yelled, before calming down. "Hayley, are you absolutely certain you shouldn't return to the compound?" She chuckles. "You think the baby belongs there? You think that's where she'll be safe?" "Is the Bayou any better?" Elijah countered. "The wolves deserve a voice." Y/n stated trying to change the subject. "Give then one. You know it's the right think to do." She said before both girls leave.
