Hayley and Y/n were in the cabin with Eve, Hayley went first but now it was Y/n's turn to as she laid back slightly. "This is not happening." "Y/n." Hayley said, seriously. "Hayley." "Just try." She groaned. "I'm a thousand years old, I've had children before." She laid back in the correct position and breathed in and out deeply, just like Eve was instructing her too. "That's it. Inhale and release." "I guess this means no epidural, huh?" Hayley asked. "You sure we can't do this in, say, a hospital." Hayley asked. "You know, the place with the doctors and the drugs?" "Honey the werewolves have been having babies out here since you were born, before Y/n here was born. Stop worrying." The blonde told them. "Okay." Y/n sat up. "Then what, Eve? I don't even know what it's like to have a mother, let alone be one." Hayley said. "I might've had children before but I've never raised. I've only been there for a year or two before having to leave and leaving them with the father. I've never even raised my child, when I was human. I know nothing." Y/n said, looking down keeping her emotions in, which was hard due to hormones. "Trust me. When the time comes, you'll know exactly what to do." Eve told them.

"I hope so. As fun as it is to imagine Klaus changing dirty diapers, I'm pretty sure we'll be doing this alone." Hayley said. "I somehow doubt that." Y/n said as she smiled remembering that one time when they were human, Klaus met her daughter and helped Y/n out with her. Hayley and Y/n shared a smile before they heard footsteps and the three turned their heads to see Elijah. "Pardon the interruption. I wonder if I might have a quick word with the conspirators of a supposed uprising." Hayley and Y/n look at each realizing what he was talking about. 'He knew about the alliance.'

Hayley, Y/n, Jackson, and Oliver took Elijah to a barn to talk. "Your making a grave mistake." He said, warning the group. "So you're just worried about us?" Oliver said, with a scoff. "Is that it?" Jackson gave Oliver a look. "Look, Elijah. We know about all about your brother's reputation, but we have Y/n to make sure he doesn't screw us over. Plus, if there is even a chance that these rings can help us take control of our curse-." "Our gift." Oliver cut in. "We don't want to fight, Elijah." Y/n said, leaning against the wall behind her, arms crossed. "We just want a better life." Hayley commented. "Then honestly, we don't care what he's really after. Won't have to." Jackson finished. "I see. Well, there are those in the Quarter who would consider this as a great provocation." Elijah said. "Apparently, most of them see us breathing the same way." Oliver told him. Elijah turned to the two women. "You both signed a pledge." Before looking turning all of his attention at Hayley. "You looked me in the eye as you did so." "We just want a better life, we don't want a fight, Elijah?" Y/n reminded him. "Well, allegiance with my brother will guarantee you anything but that." "You don't know that." She shook her head. Elijah furrowed his brows at her, curious. He probably would've said something, if the sound of a motorbike approaching made him stop. "What the hell?" Jackson said, walking outside with Elijah, Oliver and Hayley and Y/n following. They saw some guy riding into the Bayou and he stopped as they approached. "Which one of you is in charge?" "Who's asking?" Jackson countered, going into Alpha mode. They guy smirked and Elijah ruses at him as the bike exploded, causing everyone to scream. Oliver grabbed Hayley as the explosion sent them and everybody flying back

After the blast, Hayley's and Y/n's ears were ringing as they looked around seeing the damage. "Y/n, Hayley, you okay?" They barely heard Oliver, but they didn't answer as they saw a kid standing by a guy who was badly injured. They rushed over to him as the man started crying in pain. "It's okay. Here, come here. Oh, god." Y/n said picking her up as Hayley looked for Jackson before she found him. "Jackson he walked over to them. "Here, get him away from here." She handed him the boy and he left. Elijah grabbed her arm. "Y/n." "Elijah." Elijah and the girls examined the man's wounds. "Wolfsbane." Realization hit Hayley. "It must have been in the gas tank. You're the fastest. Take him, anyone else who can't walk on their own." Elijah didn't budge as he looked at both girls. "It's okay, Elijah. We're fine. They need your help." "I'll help." Y/n said, she walked off to help those that were injured.

When both girls returned to the Bayou, they could hear Oliver giving a speech, to the rest of the pack. The girls saw Elijah watching him from a tree and walked up being him. "You stayed." Y/n announced. "What is going on? What is he doing?" Hayley asked. "He's making a move for power in the wake of tragedy. He's not alone; there was another attack after you both left. "What?" They said, incredulously. "Where's Jackson?" He nodded towards the cabin, letting them know of Eve's passing. "Your friend Jackson, will need help. They will want vengeance. Blood for blood and unfortunately in troubled times, people do not look for the best but rather the loudest." The girls walked in they saw Jackson crying over Eve's body. Y/n sank down to her knees while Hayley went next to Jackson. The Original Tribrid letting her emotions run free. She kissed Eve's hand, tears streaming down. Hayley looked at Jackson before going outside but Y/n didn't move.
