chapter 7

Lily's POV

I woke up at 6. "I'M LATE!" I got up quickly and put on my necklace.

"Keep it down" Leo said and fell asleep.

"See ya later" i kissed Leo on his forehead and headed to McDonald's.

(Time jump)

I got to McDonald's and there wasn't a lot of costumers. I got be cashier and i met a new friend named vinny.

Vinny is 25 years old. Seven years older than me. She's like a sister to me, she's so kind like Amelia was to me.

"By the way, don't get close to that guy" She said pointing to a guy, who's name is Brandon.

"Why? He looks nice" i asked

"He's so annoying" she responded.

"Okay" i looked around and there was just a family eating here.

"Vinny! Get over here!" Our manager yelled.

"I'll be back" Vinny said.

"Okay" Brandon looked at me and started walking towards me.

"You must be the new employee. Lily, right?" He asked.

"Yes and you must be Brandon" i said.

"Yep. We should hang out sometime."

"I'll pass" this guy is freaking me out.

"Me and you, tomorrow. At Antonio's" He kept talking.

"No thanks"

"Okay, see you there"

"He's so annoying" i whispered.

(Time jump)

Work was finally over and i was heading home, but i felt like someone was following me.

"Who's there? Show yourself" i pulled my Tessen ready to attack anybody who came out.

Someone appeared from the darkness. It looked like a girl. She had Brown hair, blue eyes, and green skin.

"Put your weapon down, Lily" she sounded like Vinny.

"Vinny?"

"Yep" she responded.

"Why are you following me?"

"Cause I'm Amelia. Your sister" She said.

"Yeah, and I'm the fairy godmother" i said, sarcastically.

"I'm not kidding Lily." She said with a serious face, "if i wasn't your sister, how did i know that your sister's name was Amelia?" I never thought about that, "how do i know you're a mutant, also?"

"Amelia?" I couldn't believe it. Amelia is here. In front of my eyes.

"Yes, Lily?"

"I can't believe it. I've been searching for you. Where the hell did you go?! I have so many questions."

"If you want answers, meet me here." I nodded and she disappeared into the darkness. I entered the lair.

Leo was on the couch and he was watching space heroes. "How was work?" Leo asked.

"Good!" I responded and cuddled next to him.

"That's good. Wanna watch space heroes?" I nodded to his question.

I can't wait for tomorrow!
