August is a very laid back and calm person. He believes that everything can and will somehow always end up alright.
Even though he usually is very relaxed, when it comes to his art and writing, he gives his best. He puts in most of his effort into it and rarely forces himself to actually spend some time on academic progress.
Even though hid grades and overall achievement in school is poor, August is far from unintelligent. He simply puts in minimal effort and barely any time on anything but improving his art and poetry.
He still manages to get grades necessary to keep his parents off his back since he learns things with ease and it takes little the time for him to memorise things he already heard in class.
Even though he used to be a romantic, he grew sceptical and now stays away from any amorous exchanges. Of course, a special someone could always restore his faith in love.
He is very lucky to be accepted in the academy and he is very aware of it. Even though he doesn't show his gratitude quite much.
He is very open with the people he knows and would trust anyone easily, but can't make friends easily since he is usually quiet around strangers.
