The sky is dark gray and rain is heavily pouring. Everyone clamoring to hold the tarp down in front of the dropship.

"Hold it back!"

"This is Raven Reyes. Calling Ark Station. Come in Ark Station. This is Raven Reyes. Calling Ark Station. Please come in." Raven says desperately, Finn and Scarlett laying on tables next to her. Clarke going out to grab a knife to heat up so she could cauterize Scarlett's wound before she can bleed out.

"Please, please." Raven pleads under her breath.

"Can anybody hear me?" Raven says to the radio again.

"Are you sure you have the right frequency?" Monroe asks.

"Yeah, I'm sure." Raven says forcefully.

"Raven? You can do this. Okay?"

Raven continues to try and contact the Ark while Clarke heads over towards Finn and Scarlett.

"Calling Ark Station. Ark station. Please come in. I'm on the ground with the hundred. We need you."

"Are you there? Please come in." Raven says.

"This is a restricted station. Who is this? Please identify yourself." Sinclair replies.

"This is Raven Reyes. I–I'm from Mecha Station. I'm transmitting from the ground. The hundred are alive. Please, you need to get Doctor Abby Griffin. Doctor Abby Griffin. Now."

"Hang on Raven, we're trying to boost your signal."

"Raven? Are you there?" Abby speaks, the radio staticky.

"Mom? Mom it's me." Clarke leans towards the radio as she speaks.

"Clarke?" Abby asks in disbelief.

"Mom, I need your help. One of our people was stabbed by a Grounder."

"Clarke. This is the Chancellor. Are you saying there are survivors on the ground?"

"Yes, the Earth is survivable. We're not alone." Clarke says while everyone on the other side is stunned in silence.

"Mom, he's dying. The knife is still in his chest."

"Clarke. Is my son with you?" Chancellor Jaha questions.

Clarke looks up sadly and pauses gathering her thoughts, before she speaks into the radio.

"I'm so sorry. Wells is–Wells is dead."

"I'm going to talk you through it, step by step." Abby begins, her voice breaking out.

"Clarke.. just.. find–" Abby's voice cuts out.

"What! Raven what's wrong." Clarke says.

"It's not the radio, it's the storm." Raven says panicked.
