Peter's POV

My hands shook as I pulled on my nice button up shirt. My palms were sweaty and my lungs weren't helping me breathe anymore. I was getting nervous.

I had almost nothing planned, I didn't know what Harley likes so I just assumed, I want this to go at least decently well, and I wanted us to have a good time together.

All in all I knew at least one thing tonight wasn't going to go well. That was just how my luck works.

I looked at myself in the mirror one last time before closing my eyes and trying to calm my heart rate.

This night was going to be amazing. I wasn't going to mess it up. We would both enjoy ourselves.

I chanted that to myself as I walked to Harley's door right beside mine. My hand slowly reached up and knocked on the door lightly hoping he would hear me over the pounding sound of music.

When he didn't come open the door a few seconds later I realized he couldn't hear me I knocked harder. A few seconds later the music was being turned down and the knob on the door was being twisted.

The next thing I know Harley was standing in front of me with a huge smile on his face. He was wearing a light blue button up shirt similar to mine and a pair of black ripped jeans.

"Are you ready to go?" I asked with a smile on my face. Harley playfully rolls his eyes at me as he punches me lightly in the arm.

"You're supposed to say you look beautiful." He comments as he nods his head and walks out of his room.

"I shouldn't have to tell you something you already know." I said with a cocky smile before looking at him with a serious face. "You do look very handsome tonight though. Not that you don't always look handsome, you just look more so tonight." Harley smiles up at me as he connects our hands. I feel bad because I know my hands are sweaty.

"You look very handsome as well. So, what are we doing tonight?" he asked sweetly.

"I was thinking maybe grab a coffee, because we're gay and that's what the gays do." I say the last part in a joking voice so he knows I'm just listed off a stereotype. "Then I thought we could go bowling or ice skating and then we go to a movie."

"So do we actually eat during this entire date?" He asks jokingly.

"That either happens at the bowling ally/ ice skating rink or after the movie. Of course we can snack during the movie or whenever you want."

"This date of yours is going to take all night."

"Well we don't have to do everything tonight if you don't want to. We can just see a movie or something and save the rest for another night." When I notice I'm rambling I stop talking and go to apologize but Harley beats me to it.

"I was joking, I'm going to love every second of this. I promise." He says as he looks me in eyes, a smile lay on his face.

"I hope you like it. I tried to think of things you might like but we don't really know each other that well." I state as I led him through the facility and out the doors.

The sun was still rather high in the sky but I knew it probably wouldn't be by the time we got back.

"Are we seriously going to walk throughout this entire night?" He complained as we walked down the long driveway.

"Well it's either walking or me carrying you." I pointed out.

"Or we could call an Uber or Lyft."

"Ubers are kidnappers and Lyfts are murders. No, we aren't talking rides from strangers." Harley groaned and pouted but kept walking anyway.

"I'd like to remind you that you made me take an Uber back to my hotel the night we met." I couldn't help but blush slightly at memory of me following behind him that night.
