Have you ever glanced in a mirror and did a double-take? Not because you liked what you saw but because you were disgusted with what the mirror shared with you.

We are our own worse critics. Harsher on ourselves than our enemies are on us.

You can't be beyond what you think!

Only allow quality thoughts! No unprofitable thought should stay in your mind longer than a minute.

Hate, doubt, insecurity, fear, nor jealousy is a quality thought.

Your spouse can't think positive for you. Your parents can't do it. Neither can your friends do it. It's your mind. You must do it. Pull down your strongholds - whatever is crushing your positivity or altering your weight loss.

A stronghold is something you have believed, sometimes for a long time, but it is a lie.

Get rid of the strongholds and..

Do not tolerate anti-me (you) thoughts!!

Change your thoughts to help guarantee your victory.
Be committed to quality thoughts. Release the thought cop in your head.

More often than not, we always think the highest thoughts of others. And if you aren't, for your own sake begin doing so.

Sometimes you have to tell your mind, don't bring me no bad news - especially about me! God knows His plans for me and He wants me to prosper. I know where I am headed and you do not get to distract me.

Consistency has to do with the quality of your thoughts! If you think positive, you are more likely to follow through with your plan.

Gird up the loins of your mind (bind, tighten up.) Don't watch or listen to things that mess with your thoughts. Keep your mind tight.

Procreated power (it reproduces what is there.) And our minds have procreated power to reproduce action based on our thoughts. So if we want to lose weight, we must protect your mind. Only quality thoughts.

I produce my life out of my head! To ensure this fact, I have to commit to equal thoughts.

It is settled in Heaven, the only thing that keeps us from our victory is our own inconsistency. Connect to the right voice, the voice of truth.

It's hurtful to be called names, to look in the mirror and be dissatisfied, or to have our clothes fit horribly, but we are still here.
We went through it but we are still here.
There is a use for it all!

It takes time to become you and you are not pass your time. You are still becoming!

Take hold of your thoughts and push yourself forward in the weight loss direction.
