Laura P.O.V
As soon as we arrived at The Cullen's home, Jasper and I entered the house as everyone greeted us. Alice gave me a quick hug which I happily returned before she went back to her place. Carlisle walked downstairs a bit surprise to see me.
"Laura, your a bit early." Carlisle said confused as I shrugged.
"Well that's not what I'm here for." I mumbled and Jasper went to Alice's side as Edward went to mine.
"Bella came." I told them trying to stay as calm as much as I can.
"When?" Esme asked as I think of it.
"Like 12:00 or somewhere at 11:00 am. The thing is she was hovering over Charlie and bolted out of our window! Another this is that she survived the fall and disappeared into the woods." I said all in one breath as I gasped for air.
"You guys have whiskey?" I asked them while I held onto my chest.
"We have water." Rosalie chuckles as I nod my head. She disappears to the kitchen before appearing in front of me handing me water which I took.
"Did you find her?" Carlisle asked and I shook my head.
"No, but Laurent found me and boy did he became a chew toy." I laughed a bit sipping the water as they all looked at me with seriousness.
"Laurent found you? I thought he was on our side?" Edward asked sounding pissed as I rub his shoulder to calm him down which helped.
"Trust me, I thought that one too until he said that if he can get rid of James and Victoria by giving you guys the heads up, then he will attack me which failed completely." I explained as I drank all of my water.
"So that's why you smelled like a wet dog?" Jasper asked raising an eyebrow as I glared at him.
"Yes, because Jacob and his family members saved my ass." I calmly said as Edward crumbles crossing his arms. Jasper mouthed to me 'his jealous' before snickering as I giggled.
"Anyways back to Bella, did you see anyone else with her?" Carlisle asked as I shook my head in disappointment.
"Apparently no. After I ran towards the window I saw nothing, but this." I took the necklace out of my pocket and handed it to Carlisle. He sighs before handing it to Jasper who shook his head.
"What a waste." Jasper mumbles throwing the necklace into the fire like it was nothing. Well, don't mess with a vampire.
"She must have been turned. I mean that is her desire after all, immortality and power?" Rosalie thought as I looked down.
"Then why go after Charlie? She was hovering over him and if I didn't go inside...she might have...drained him or turned him and I don't want that happening." I told them hearing my voice crack. Edward wrapped his arms around me as I sigh softly trying to calm myself down.
