I hope you enjoy this latest chapter of Wolves Ambition
Chapter 15: Ancient Visions
Troy: I hear what Ley says and i thing to myself, great.... i just died and saved my mate and now we have the other pack coming after us. Not to mention that Jon is still a part of their pack AND he is supposidly in possession of the same level of power that I have. This is going to be a great day. I looked of at Ley and asked weakly, "Well how did that happen."
Aero: I heard what Troy asked and walked over to Ley and snarled at Trey, "Hey now... leave my mate alone. Its not his fault that he got stuck with that crappy pack."
Bane: I stepped in the middle and said "Whoa whoa whoa hold on there everyone lets back off a bit. This is not what any of us need right now. Troy.... Back off from Ley... he has probably been through some stuff... and You Aero, back off from my mate or you will have me to deal with. " I growled playfully at both of them. "Now, back to business. Ley.... can you tell me what is going on."
Ley: I knew that he was going to ask that. I have just barely left my old pack and this pack was accepting me and allowing me into their alpha's thoughts. I started to explain, " Well... when i got back to the pack they started to talk about coming and destroying the pack because Troy was dead and you were out of the picture. I stupidly tried to come up with a way to keep you guys out of the line of fire and ended up exposing myself, leaving my brother there to deal with the aftermath. He will be fine as long as they believe that he will kill me. But they were talking about hurting my mate's pack and i couldnt let that happen. Something primal took over and i just said something stupid that tipped Garr off... " i looked down knowing that i had caused the pack some problems.
Aero: I could feel that my mate felt horribly about this whole thing. I needed to cheer him up. "Its ok babe... its not your fault. Dont worry about it. we can handle ourselves." I looked to Bane for some guidance.
Bane: I left my mates side to speak with the ancient. "Merrick... Do you think there is anyway that we can avoid bloodshed from this?" i asked him because he was beyond levels. Beyond the power scale. he was pure energy and could not be challenged.
Merrick: This pack is going to have a hard time dealing with this rival pack and from what i have seen of the future, they are going to need much more than myself to help them... "this is going to be a very difficult challenge, one that Garr is more prepared for than you are... you need more help than me i am afraid. Garr's pack has been training for this and you have been relying on luck. we need to tap into the Ancient Wolf to help you out. From what i have seen of the future, Garr will be training up his pack for about a week. That gives us enough time to get to the ancient and quickly train you."
Bane: There was or.... is a wolf ancient? How did i not know about him or where he was located. And now this ancient wants to take us to him? This is truly and extraordinary day. I hope that i do not regret working with the vampire on this one. "Ok. i agree that we should go see the ancient. "
Merrick: This wolf still doesnt trust me and mostly because of his other vampyric experiences. He just doesnt know that the ancients are their own kind. They sooner help the good of anyone than their own kind. I smiled and said "Good, its about a 2 day run there so lets get moving...." I waved my hand in the air and created a black coat over myself and my pupil. "These cloaks will allow us to walk in the sunlight. I am bringing my pupil along with me. This will be here chance to see how other ancients are just like me...." We then walked outside and and basked in the sunlight. I looked to Amarie to see the look on her face.
