*Mark's P.O.V*
Damn it.
The first day at my new school and I was already in trouble. It's not my fault I couldn't find my way to class! The least they could have done was get someone to bring me there. How the hell did they expect me to get here by my lonesome self, the place is huge for gods sake!!
It's their fault that I'm standing wide eyed in front of my new teacher not mine, or Kim's, or even Ash Lee's. This school needs to get its priorities straight, seriously, this whole event and what is to come could have been avoided.
If this turns out badly to some stupid misunderstanding, it's going to wreck my perfect school profile for sure!
I can tell that this teacher is a looney, for the crazy look that he is giving all three of us. His eyes are oblivion and he looks as if he is a mad dog frothing at the mouth. Though his expression is something that will give a child nightmares for years, but you can see the satisfaction of catching us is his face.
Good bye perfect school record. I can see it burning right now. Because of this crazy lunatic, and the stupid school. This better go down well or I'm stuffed.
Good start Mark, good start.

"And where do you think you're going," I heard an intimidating scratchy voice say from behind me. I watched the other two losers turn around wide eyed with fear and concern. They were scared to death and I think Kim was about to cry. Her expression was priceless, once again.
I turned around slowly with a slight smirk on my face. This isn't new for me, besides this isn't the worst I've had. Let's just say that I have a reputation here. I'm the school's bad boy, Ash Lee. Lady slayer, teacher killer, role model; for all the wrong reasons of course. But that's what makes me all the more popular.
"The three of you have got some explaining to do," Mr Regna said with his revolting vain popping out of his over heated forehead.
He turned to me and lifted one of his bushes of an eyebrow, "Especially you, Mr Ash Lee."
~~~
"One job. That's all I asked of you, in fact why did I even ask you!?" He screamed at us in frustration. I smugly shrugged as a reply and he just grunted then turned his head to Kim.
"And you Miss Kim,I am very disappointed in you, I thought you were better than this. A whole hour to find a lost student, really? What were you really up to?" Kim didn't answer, instead she just looked at the ground.
"And you," Mr Regna said as his gaze shifted over to Mark, "Who taught you to wander around the school like a mindless idiot? If you didn't know where you were you should have just asked someone for help! Were you even lost? Or did you just want to miss out on some class?"
Mr Regna's strong remarks made Kim and Mark look so helpless. Losers. Seriously, who cares? It's not like they're gonna die! They trembled at his words. His lecture went on for a while but I wasn't really paying attention.
After what felt like a few years Mr Regna shut his pie hole and let us go. Bad time! I'm not getting any younger you know! I walked out of the classroom with my hands in my pockets. I was greeted by some fan girls of mine who looked worried.
"It's ok ladies, I'm fine," I said with a smug look. They all sighed with relief and followed me down the hall as I walked towards the cafeteria. As much I like the attention from these girls, sometimes I wish they'd just stay away.
I need my privacy too. They're always following me, giving me presents, confessing to me. There is not a girl in this school that I couldn't get. They were all head over heels in love with me. Not even the other guys in my gang got the same attention that I did.
Sometimes I wish everyone wasn't like this. Being popular wasn't the best thing ever.
I wish people could be more like Kim. Careless about what others think, lives in the background, doesn't have a huge crush on me. Kim is the person to be. Even though we've only met a couple times, I've heard a lot about her. She's pretty awesome.
Wait. Did I just say that?
*Kim's P.O.V*
Disappointed. The very word I have feared all my life. I completely drifted from the world the moment that word passed Mr Regna's lips.
Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed.
This was the only thing I could hear. The word kept ringing in my ears.
I snapped back into reality when Mark tapped me on the shoulder. I turned my head around and my widened eyes met his sad ones. "We can go now," he said as he dropped his hand and his gaze slowly drifted to the floor. He turned around and headed out the classroom door.
I looked around the classroom to find that I was the only one left there. Of course Ash Lee had left first. This was probably a present for him, just like a bike would be to a child at Christmas. He probably think that this will make his image into more of a 'bad boy' and all of his worshippers can drool over him even more.
This boy has no sense. Neither does his idiot followers. They are anything but sane.
I took a deep breath and walked out of the door. Thanks to those two numbskulls I have missed out on 20 minutes of my lunch. I don't blame Mr Regna for getting upset, I mean, if I were him I would have believed that it took us that long just to find the new kid.
I went to my locker and got my lunch from my bag. I went around the corner and crouched under the hazard tape. I walked up the stairs until I reached the roof. This was my sanctuary. A place where I could go at my business without interruption from the dead minded generation I lived in.
I never eat after the cafeteria, that's where the people were, too many of them. I opened the door to see a figure sitting on my seat. My seat!
"Hey!" I screamed. "Who said you were allowed up here!" I shouted at the figure that stiffed to the sound of my voice.
"I-I-I'm sorry, I didn't know anyone was going to come up here. I'll leave now," the figure studded as it stood up. For some reason that voice was very familiar to me. The figure turned around to reveal that I did in fact know this person. It was Mark.
He turned around with his gaze to the floor. His tear stained face illuminated in the light. His strong jaw line and broad shoulders became highlighted as the sun moved to make him back lit. His darkened silhouette moved as his face moved up to see me.
"K-Kim?" He said in a chocked voice. "Are you ok?" I asked him as a sudden feeling of concern swept over me. I felt my annoyed expression quickly being taken over with a worried one. "It's ok,I'll just leave," Mark sniffed as he picked up his bag and attempted to walk past me to the door.
Before he could pass me I reached out my hand, grabbed his shoulder and stopped him dead in his tracks. "It's ok you can stay," I said shifting my gaze to his direction. My eyes Met his masculine face, but he didn't reply and just simply looked away to avoid eye contact with me.
He turned around and walked back to the seat he was sitting on before, my seat, and dug his head into his palms.
I walked over to him and stroked his back, that was what people did to comfort others right? "What happened?" I asked him as I leaned forward to find his face.
He took his head out of his hands and sat up with a sigh. He put his hand through his hair then looked at me with his teary eyes. He just looked at me for a while and I examined his appearance. He had an Asian complexion and black messy hair. He had flawless skin with a semi dark tone to it. He was tall and rather masculine.
Before i could continue examining his interesting appearance, he aggressively pulled me close to his chest and dug his head into my shoulder and began to sob.
"It's not fair," he said, "none of it is."
