A few days have passed again, and it's about 11:00am on a Saturday morning.
*Knock Knock*
Hikaru's mother heard the door and walked up to it to see who it was.
"Oh hello there" she said while opening the door.
Hikaru started to walk down the stairs in his boxers and nothing else, "who was at the door?" He said while rubbing his eyes, he soon looked up and freaked out and grabbed a pillow to put over his chest.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" He said while pointing.
Koya looked at him and chuckled and blushed a little but looked away so he would stop blushing.
But Hikaru didn't seem to notice.
"Do you always walk around your house with just boxers on?" Koya said while still laughing and blushing a little.
"It's none of your damn business! Now go away!" Hikaru said while putting a shirt on and shorts while stumbling a little cuz he was arguing.
"Now now, don't be rude Hikaru, your friend stopped by so be nice, also you can come in dear, you don't have to stand out in the heat! Hikaru's mom said while smiling at Koya.
Koya stepped in and smiled at her.
"Thank you Mrs. Matsui"
"No mom, he's not my friend, I don't want him here!" Hikaru said while crossing his arms.
"Oh stop it! I have to run up to the store anyways, so just keep him company" she said while gathering her things.
"Oh I'm sorry ma'am, I didn't mean to intrude" Koya said apologetically.
"Oh nonsense, you're welcome anytime sweet boy" she said while smiling at him.
"Now I will be back in a few hours, you don't have to stay home all day, you're welcome to go have some fun with your friend if you'd like" she said then left.
Hikaru just stood there and watched her drive out of the driveway and then said, "ok you stopped by now leave"
"Oh come on Hikaru, I'm here so why don't we at least do something." Koya said.
"No go away pipsqueak, I wanted to sleep all day, I've been studying a lot and haven't had any sleep and you're disrupting my sleep time! SO GO AWAY!!!" Hikaru screamed while backing Koya up against a wall.
Koya looked away cuz he blushed and felt kinda awkward.
"Look you can still sleep but...can I at least just hang out with you in your room?" Koya said nervously.
"NO!" Hikaru said while pushing Koya out of his house.
Koya stopped moving and closed the door before Hikaru pushed him out.
"Please...I don't have some of the spell books at school that you have so can I just study at least?..." Koya asked.
"No, that's not my problem..your families got enough money to buy you the books...now go away!" Hikaru said while looking angry.
"Look...they don't sell anymore of them...I've already tried to buy them...but I saw that you had one so..." Koya said while looking down at the floor.
"Again...that's not my problem...now get out before I light you on fire!" Hikaru said while clinching fists.
Koya backed up a little.
"Please Hikaru...I promise after I study for a few minutes I'll leave..." Koya said while looking at him.
Hikaru didn't want to look right in his eyes so he just looked at the floor and crossed his arms.
"You're so damn annoying.....but only a few minutes....a FEW! Because I'm still gonna sleep and I swear to god if you wake me up, I'm going to burn you to a crisp"
Hikaru said while walking upstairs still pissed off.
Koya smiled happily and followed right behind him.
"So this is your room?"
Koya said while looking around.
"You better not tell anyone at school about this, because I will-"
"Yea yea, you'll burn me to a crisp" Koya said while laughing.
Hikaru just rolled his eyes.
Koya then sat on the corner of his bed and looked at some of his spell books.
Hikaru seemed annoyed but he didn't say anything.
"So...why do you still live at home? Why don't you have a dorm at SilverLeaf?" Koya asked while flipping through the pages of one of Hikaru's spell books.
"Because I am saving up money to get a dorm, and it doesn't matter anyways, it's none of your business!!" Hikaru snapped.
Koya waved his hands, "ok sorry sorry, I didn't mean to upset you"
"Yea well everything you do pisses me off so.." he said while rolling his eyes.
"I don't know what I did to make you hate me so much, but I guess I'll leave you alone so you can sleep" Koya said then smiled at him before going back to reading the spell book.
Hikaru just looked at him in disbelief, wondering why he was always so nice to him but he said nothing.
"Whatever just be quiet and get off my bed! You can study on my bean bag chair" he said then laid down back on his bed and closed his eyes.
Koya began to study some more.
About 40 minutes passed and Koya was still studying and Hikaru was still sleeping, he was even drooling a little.
Koya looked up at Hikaru, saw him drooling and he chuckled quietly.
"He looks so sweet when he's sleeping, too bad he's such a hot head when he's awake" he said under his breath while chuckling a little.
He began to study some more and before he knew it a few hours had passed and the front door to the house was opened.
"Hikaru! Are you home? Is your friend still here?" Hikaru's mother yelled from downstairs.
Hikaru rubbed his eyes and sat up from his bed with cute bed hair, then saw Koya was still here studying.
"What the hell...why are you still here?!!!" Hikaru said in an angrily voice.
"I guess time got away from me" Koya chuckled nervously while rubbing the back of his head.
"Hello? Boys?" Hikaru's mom called out again.
"Yea mom I'm coming!" Hikaru yelled then got out of bed.
Hikaru started to walked downstairs and Koya put the book down and walked with him.
"Wow, did you go back to sleep? Oh I didn't know you were still here Mr. Tokushima" she said while smiling at Koya.
"Oh you don't have to call me that ma'am, Koya's fine" he smiled back at her.
Hikaru just helped put away the groceries and rolled his eyes.
"Well I should be going, it's been a pretty long day and I don't want to intrude any longer" Koya said while beginning to walk out the door.
"Oh please dear, stay for dinner!" Hikaru's mom said.
"WHAT!" Hikaru said before dropping the bag of food on the floor.
"Oh no ma'am, I shouldn't" Koya said while smiling nervously and rubbing his his hand behind his head.
Hikaru picked up the bag and looked at his mom.
"You can't be serious, can't he just leave already?!"
"Stop being rude Hikaru, now show our guest to the table, I'll have food ready soon, it's nothing special I'm afraid, it's just ramen" she smiled.
Koya smiled back, "oh that's fine Mrs. Matsui! I'm just thankful you're letting me stay for dinner" he said while walking to the table.
Hikaru sat down on the floor to sit at the table, so did Koya.
They were now out of Hikaru's mother's view.
"Look you need to leave, you said you were just going to study for a few minutes, that was the deal!" Hikaru said angrily.
"I know but your mother seems so nice, I didn't want to be rude and say I wasn't going to stay for dinner" Koya said.
"Yea yea yea, my moms so nice, whatever, but you still said you would leave..now just stop intruding on my life and just go away" Hikaru said then looked away not wanting to look at him anymore.
A few moments of silence passed.
"Why don't you want any friends?..." Koya asked while not wanting to look Hikaru in the eyes.
Hikaru looked up, "it's none of your damn business!!" Hikaru snapped at him.
"Well..did something happen to you..or.." Koya said a little fast and nervously.
"NO! JUST DROP IT!" Hikaru snapped.
Koya looked down at the floor, "I'm sorry..that was out of line..I shouldn't have asked..I-"
Hikaru didn't let him finish, "you need to leave..now"
Koya sighed and stood up without looking Hikaru in the eyes he just turned around with his back to him.
"Thank you for letting me study, I didn't mean to upset you..but I'll leave now" he said while walking away.
Hikaru stood up and watched him walk to the door, he almost felt a little bad for what he did but he just shook his head and crossed his arms.
"Thank you Mrs. Matsui but..I really should be going, I forgot that..that my father has a very important dinner and I should be there" Koya said and faked a smile at her.
"Oh well...ok, it was nice to meet you Koya, you're welcome anytime" Hikaru's mom said then smiled at him.
Koya half smiled and waved at her then walked out of the house and closed the door behind him.
Hikaru watched him leave and he felt a little guilty but again he just shook it off acting like he didn't care and ran up to his room.
"Wait! Honey aren't you hungry?!" His mom yelled.
"No!" He yelled from upstairs then closed his door.
His mother sighed then sat at the table alone and ate her food, but she had a smile back on her face when their family dog, Kota, the Pomeranian came and sat next to her, it wagged it's tail and some couldn't help but smile.
Hikaru just sat on his bed wondering why he was feeling bad and why he was feeling guilty, he just put his pillow over his face and sighed.
"Dammit, he's just a useless twit! He'll get over it, I didn't even yell at him that bad..it doesn't matter" he said then turned out his light, he just laid there on his back and picked up the spell book that Koya was reading and saw that he left a little note.
He looked at it and it said "thanks for letting me hang out and study, you didn't have to let me but you did anyways so thanks"
Hikaru was a bit surprised but he just rolled his eyes and put the book next to his bed side table and chuckled then rolled his eyes.
"He's such an idiot" he said then rolled over to go back to sleep.
