Always Thinking

A few weeks have passed since Hikaru first saw Killua again, he was surprised at first and a little scared but he tried to push it to the back of his mind so he woke up for the next school day and started getting ready.
"Dammit" Hikaru said while looking at the alarm clock that said 7:00.
"Knock Knock" said a boy standing outside of Hikaru's door.
"Come in" Hikaru said.
Koya walked in and was already dressed and wide awake with a smile on his face.
"What the hell do you want its 7am" Hikaru said while taking off his shirt to put on his uniform.
Koya blushed and looked away not wanting Hikaru to see his face turning red.
"I-i just wanted to say good morning" he said while stuttering because he was still a little nervous.
"Great you said it now go away" Hikaru said while beginning to take off his shorts.
Koya's face got super red.
"Uh do you mind" Hikaru said with his fingers on his shorts about to pull them down.
"I-uh...I" Koya stuttered.
"Dammit just leave! I'll see you in class!" Hikaru raised his voice a little but Koya didn't mind because he was totally fine with leaving he was afraid he was going to see something he wasn't ready for.

It was finally 8am and everyone was getting to class, except for Hikaru, he was sitting outside with his skateboard just thinking, mostly about Killua and why he never came back and what he wanted and what happened to him, he had so many questions.
"Hey man what's up!" Hanabusa said while sitting down next to him.
"You look like something's on your mind" He said.
"Nah I'm good lets just get to class" Hikaru said while they both stood up.
"Alright" Hanabusa said while walking with him to their first period.

A few hours passed now but Hikaru was about to pass out at his desk.
Koya looked at him.
"Hey Hikaru, you gotta wake up you're gonna get in trouble" he whispered.
Hikaru sat up, "piss off" he whispered back.
Koya looked a little worried since Hikaru never fell asleep in their magic class, because he had always wanted to learn more about his powers.

The class was over and they had all gone to lunch. Hikaru started walking to the lunch table and saw that Hanabusa wasn't sitting their.
"Hey man! Some of the girls invited me to sit at their table today! You wanna join?" Hanabusa yelled from across the cafeteria.
Hikaru looked down at his food then back at him.
"Nah I'm good"
Hanabusa shrugged then sat with the girls.
Koya saw that Hikaru was sitting by himself so he went to go sit by him.
He sat down and smiled.
"What do you want" Hikaru said while pushing his food away.
"Well you looked lonely" Koya said.
"Fuck you! I'm not lonely" Hikaru said while crossing his arms and looking away from him.
"Ok ok, but what was with you this morning in class?"
Hikaru looked back at him, "what are you talking about pipsqueak? I was just tired"
"But you never fall asleep in our magic class" he said while looking a little worried.
"I'm fine loser I was just tired stop worrying about it"
Hikaru said then got up and threw his food away and walked out of the school.
Koya threw his food away too and ran after him.
"Hikaru! Where are you going?!" He yelled.
"I need to think!" Just tell everyone I went home cuz I was sick" he said while taking out his skate board and skating away.
Koya said nothing after that, just walked worriedly back into the school.
Is this because of Killua?..." he wondered.

It had been a few hours, Hikaru was just walking back to his house now he was getting tired of skateboarding.
It was getting a little dark but he didn't mind it.
He also noticed nobody was on the streets it was just him and he started listening he thought he heard footsteps, but he continued to walk.
But little did he know that Killua was standing in an alley hiding from him because he had been following him. A few people stated coming out of stores and buildings on that street so Hikaru felt a little better and he made it to his house safely.
He opened the door and saw his mom on the couch petting their dog.
"Hikaru what are you doing here sweet heart?" She said while smiling.
"I just wanted to come home tonight, it that ok?" He said while putting his skateboard and his backpack down.
"Of course sweetheart, have you had dinner" she asked sweetly.
"Oh um no but you don't have to make me anything mom"
She got up and began pulling food out of the fridge, "oh nonsense, if you want I can make dumplings" she smiled.
He smiled back at her. "Yea that'll be great, thanks mom. He said then went up to his room.
He took his clothes off and put comfortable ones on then went back down stairs and went to help his mom in the kitchen.
They both sat down and began eating, it was soon time for bed.
Hikaru's mom kissed his head and then grabbed the dog and went to her room to sleep but not before saying goodnight and smiling at him.
He smiled back and put the dishes in the sink and began to clean them.
He looked at the clock that said 11:47pm and sighed, he put the dishes in the dishwasher and went up to his room.
He just lied in his bed, he kept thinking about everything. But he finally turned over and got some sleep.
