Today is our baby shower. There was some mixed reaction about our response to the whole Alexys thing but mostly positive. Alexys and Nick had a real conversation and although they won't be the best of friends, they are civil to each other. Alexys explained that it was all her friends' idea, not hers.
With all the drama aside, things are on track again. Y/bff/n planned the baby shower for me because she wanted me to be as stress-free as possible after all of this.
I got ready to leave and Nick was too... he took forever, per usual. But we finished getting ready eventually.
