Alyx was in the shower, so I decided to set up the room so we could watch movies. I put blankets all over the chairs, snacks on the table and I decided to light some candles.
"Hey jenn?" said alyx as she stood in the door way with a towel covering her wet body. "Yeah what's up" " do you mind if I borrow a hoodie or something to sleep In. My face burned up at the thought of alyx wearing my clothes. "Yeah sure let me get one" I grabbed a hoodie and headed back to alyx.
I held the hoodie in front of her as I smiled, alyx stood forward and her foot stopped the towel and before I knew it alyx was in front of me naked. "Um alyx" alyx looked confused, "what?"
I got nervous and turned around quickly, "um your towel" I heard alyx swear under her breath, "I'm sorry jenn you didn't need to see that" I giggled and whispered, "I wish I could touch it"
I thought alyx wouldn't hear me but I whispered a bit loud. "What did you say?" I could feel my face slowly burning up, and my palms became sweaty, "jenn are you okay?" I breathed slowly and turned around, " yeah everything is good" as I spoke I could feel tears welling up in my eyes, I went passed alyx befrore she noticed and went into the bathroom.
I locked the door and looked into the mirror, this was it, she knows, and now everything is ruined. I couldn't keep it in any longer, tears started streaming down my face, I tried to keep in the noise but I couldn't.
I could hear alyx walking towards the door, I'm assuming she got dressed.
"Hey jenn, can you come out, it's okay"
I slowly opened the door revealing my self to alyx.
Alyx saw I was crying and slowly moved her hand to my face. My heart quickened as she moved hair away from my eyes. "It's okay jenn."
Alyx wrapped her arms around me and held me tight, but I still don't know if she knows or not. Alyx took a deep breath in, "do you wanna watch movies?" I nodded as I wiped the tears from my eyes. Alyx laid across the sofa and opened her arms so I could lay with her. Alyx spooned me and turned on the tv. I didn't know what to do but now felt right to say it, now felt like the time to tell her. "Hey alyx" alyx started playing with my hair. "Yes jenn" I could feel tears welling up again, but I still carried on, "I'm sorry but um" the tears began rolling down my face. "I really like you, and not just as in a friend, I like you like you, and I'm sorry, i know I shouldn't, because it could ruin what we have, but I really like you, I can't lie any more an" just before i could finish alyx began to cry. "Alyx I'm so sorry" alyx smiled and turned my head toward her. We was now not even 1cm away from each other's faces. I looked into alyx eyes as she pulled me in to a tight hug, "I feel the same alyx whispered, it's going to be okay" me and alyx stayed lying on the chair for hours before we both fell asleep in each other's arms
