Christmas came quick.
Namjoon didn't get much from his parents, but Seokjin bought him things to make up for it.
Taehyung got more things than Namjoon, but he gave them to Jimin so he could sell them; as he knew Jimin was saving up for an apartment for when he leaves school.
Jeongguk didn't care for the things he got, regifting some of the items that he knew his friends would like more.
Hoseok didn't get much; but that was because he didn't ask for much, yet he also claimed the love of his life.
Seokjin and Yoongi usually shared gifts, so when Seokjin visibly got more than Yoongi, they were confused.
"What about Yoongi?"Seokjin looked at their parents.
"Sweetie...your brother is...different. He gets less."
Yoongi looked away, but Seokjin didn't relent. "I thought we always got the same stuff cause you didn't wanna pick a favourite?"
"Does your brother seem bothered?"
"Yes he does!"
Yoongi just shrugged. "It's fine, hyung. We all know they've preferred you over me since I started my transition. Besides...I only wanted one thing; and I got it."
"Did you?What was it?"
Yoongi smiled, a genuine smile this time, and looked at his brother. "Hobi."He hummed cutely. "Anyways, Joon said we should go to his place cause we're just gonna hang out."
Seokjin nodded, and left to get ready.
The group ended up meeting at Namjoon's house, and talked excitedly about what they got.
Yoongi seemed to only care that he hot Hoseok, but nobody can blame him, he's been pining for ages.
"Y'know what?"Namjoon suddenly sighed. "Jinnie was right. I'm not ugly. My parents are just assholes."
That was a big thing for Namjoon to say.
Although he was called ugly by everyone?
He was fucking beautiful.
