"Wait..." You spun around and locked eyes with Shane- He was squeezing the blanket against his raw arm. He was grimacing in pain- it looked painful. Shane looked up in worry "What? What's wrong?" You glanced down at Darrel, and then met eyes with Shane again. "I think Darrel might have Rabies- I've seen this before. It was shown in my favourite show- Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls. Raku got rabies- they ended up curing it, though. I think we need some green tea and we need to give you and Darrel a shot to cure the rabies-" Shane's face changed into a panic. "I think I have a rabies cure in my pocket here- hold on-

Shane reached into a small pocket in his coat and pulled out a thin needle. "Here, this should help him." Shane's hand reached for yours, dropping the needle into your palm. "Inject him first, he needs it more than anyone. Beads of sweat rolled down the sides of your cheeks. Slowly approaching Darrel, you held the needle tightly, readied your arm and pierced it into his right arm. Darrel squeaked in pain and started sweating immensely.

Turning away from Darrel, you ran toward Shane and did the same to his arm. Sighing in relief, you collapsed on the floor. This was one hell of a night. I possibly couldn't get any worse. You start to tear up. This was supposed to be a night out with Darrel. It was supposed to be perfect- It didn't go anywhere near a planned. You hung your head down in sadness.

Lifting your head, you saw Darrel standing above you. He seemed better? He wasn't sweating as much as before and he grimaced kindly. He was the same old Darrel that you had missed. Flinging your arms around him, you smiled in relief. "I thought you would never get better," Darrel's deformed, sweaty hand came in contact with your cheek, wiping your tears away. "gracias,  ahora enfermedad no,"

You turned around to thank Shane, but he was gone as quick as he came. But it didn't matter. As long as Darrel was safe. Darrel grimaced at you seductively, grabbing your hand. The night was only just beginning.
