Y/N's POV

"That's your grandma? do you know any information about her that could help us out?" I said to Courtney sitting next to her on the couch. "Yeah uh, her name is Mable Bates" She answered. "Is there any other information that you know? like her address?" I asked. "I think she lives at 82 North Palace St " She said. "Do you know anything else like about her past? Do you still talk to her?'" I asked curious to get the answers. "Well she started acting crazy since my grandpa passed away, she tried to do spells to bring him back to life she literally convinced herself that she had brought him back and that's when everything went to shit, her personality changed from sweet to evil because of all the spells and rituals she did. My family stopped talking to her since and I haven't see her since I was 15 years old, I used to be close to her until everything happened I wish I could bring back my old grandma because I miss the good times we had together" she spoke tears filling her eyes. I leaned in to hug Courtney softly rubbing her back, Ariana walked to the same couch as Courtney and I hugging her as well. "Well, you should come with us to see her tomorrow we could really use your help" Ariana said with a saddened look on her face while rubbing Courtney's arm. "Okay I'll come" Courtney said looking up at us. "Since it's still early we can watch a movie before we go to sleep" I told them. "We can watch this new movie that came out a week ago" Courtney said excitedly. "What movie?" Ariana asked giggling at Courtney's excitement. "A Star is Born I will drive let's go" She squealed grabbing her keys off the table in the hall as we followed behind her.

*Time Skip to movies*

Ariana's POV

We already bought our tickets and now we were waiting in line for popcorn. "Oh my God" I heard someone gasp behind me. I turned around to see who it was realizing it was a fan. "Ariana hi I love you" she said as I pulled her into a hug. "Can I get a picture?" she asked me. "Sure cutie" I told her. we took selfie, "Who is that girl your with is that your girlfriend? She's so beautiful" she said loud enough so y/n and Courtney overheard. "She's not my girlfriend, but I do agree she is very beautiful" I said smiling thinking about being y/n's girlfriend one day. "Well you should ask her out because you guys would make a cute couple" the fan said making me blush so hard. I hugged her "I agree to that too, I plan on asking her out soon but don't tell her that" I said whispering in her ear. "Okay I won't" she said giggling causing me to giggle as well. "Nice meeting you have a nice life" I said as she walked away. I turned back around to see Courtney and y/n raising an eyebrow up at me, "What did you just tell her?" y/n asked suspiciously. "It was nothing let's just grab our popcorn and go to our section" I said to her. y/n walked ahead of Courtney and I, Courtney just starred at me suspiciously drinking her water. "What?" I said. "You know what Grande" she said grinning then walked to catch up to y/n.

We went to go take our seats I'm in the middle, y/n on my right and Courtney on my left. After we talked and laughed the lights started to go down and the movie started. Half way through the movie there was a scene that made me think of y/n, and how I wanted to do that with her. I glanced over to my right looking at y/n, she was so into the movie she didn't notice me starring, I took in all her features wow she's the most beautiful girl I've seen I wish she was mine I said to myself smiling. She went to grab a drink in the cup holder turning around she noticed me smiling at her, she shot me a smile back. We both looked back at the movie, I felt a hand touch my mine resting on the arm of the chair I looked down to see y/n inching her hand closer to hold mine, I slowly grabbed her hand and interlocked our fingers together, my heart fluttered at her action as she gave me a soft smile.

*Time skip back to the house*
We arrived back at Courtney's. "I'm exhausted" y/n said. "Let's go to bed then, y/n you can have the guest bedroom, me and Ariana will sleep together" Courtney said. Damn I'm stuck with Courtney not y/n. We all said goodnight and went to our rooms to sleep. Tomorrow is a big day.
