Re-Turned Wishes

I closed my eyes. I heard talking from around me, I opened up my eyes and there I was back home.

Y/N's POV 

Alexa set the cake right in front of me "Blow out the candle and make a wish" Freddie said with a smile on his face. I closed my eyes as my heart began to break, my birthday will never be the same again I sighed. I miss them already. "Come on make a wish" Alexa said pulling me out of my thoughts, "I wish to be reunited with Courtney and Ariana again" I said as I blew out the candles.  After I blew out the candles I was expecting the loud pop again, but it never happened. At least I have on what Ariana and Courtney gave to me as a gift, I looked down then I noticed that I didn't have on the sweater Courtney gave me or the necklace with the letter "A" on it that Ariana gave me, They are really gone. I excused myself while Alexa cut the cake and passed it around the table. I walked upstairs to the bathroom, on the way to the bathroom I passed my room and something caught my eye.  I walked into my bedroom I couldn't believe what I saw, it was Courtney's sweater and Ariana's necklace on the bed. I looked around the room to see if anyone was there, I sat on the bed and put Ariana's necklace on. Everything started to replay through my mind on the day she gave me the necklace. 

~Flash Back~  (A/N This is a never before seen flashback from "Back to New York") 

After we finished the spells, Ariana grabbed my hand and brought me to her room. The light from the moon beamed into the room, "Oh my God the moon looks so beautiful tonight" Ariana said. "Not as beautiful as you are though" I said. "Oh shut it, you're so corny" Ariana said as she wrapped her hands around my neck and leaned in to kiss me softly. We then heard music playing that came from the basement where everyone was at, Ariana gasped "This is my favourite song" she said excitedly. "Who the hell is this" I said laughing at how cute she was when she is excited. "You don't know Queen?" she said in shock. "No never heard of them" I replied. "Well I think you will like this song, dance with me baby" she said smiling. "I don't really dance I'm not really good at it" I told her. Ariana pulls me into her body "You're dancing with me" Ariana said in a stern tone. Ariana's hands traveled down to my waist, while I wrapped my arms around her neck as we started to sway back and forth to the song. "These are the cutest lyrics I've ever heard" I said. "Yes they are cute, I think of you when I listen to this song everything he is saying is what I feel right now" she gave me a soft smile. "Aw Ariana I will never forget these lyrics" I said. As the song kept playing Ariana and I slow danced in silence, we starred into each other's eyes with so much love for one another.  Ariana leaned into me as our lips touch.

I smiled thinking about that great moment that we shared together. I looked down at Courtney's sweater and picked it up. I went to put it on then noticed that a note fell onto the ground, I picked it up as I opened it and started to read it. 

"Y/N If you are reading this right now, I assume you're back home celebrating your birthday with your friends and family. Ariana and I wish we could be there with you right now celebrating it, we miss you so much. If you are wondering how this letter got her Demi did a little magic to get it on your birthday in time, she also sent the gifts back to you. Happy Birthday baby. We love you forever.

I put the letter down on my night stand, after I went to the washroom I walked back downstairs to go eat cake with my friends. As we were eating cake Alexa excitedly shouted "It's time for presents everyone" she squealed. "Somebody is very excited for me to open presents" I giggled. Alexa handed me her present, it was a sliver friendship bracelet. Freddie gave me cloud perfume, and Melissa gave me air pods. These were the same gifts they gave me before the wish I made, I had to act surprised as if I didn't know before "Oh my god guys I love ya'll so much thank you for these gifts" I said.
