My bully// Luke Hemmings

~Chapter 19~

Sarah's pov:

Ash walked me home after my small encounter with Luke. "So why was Luke talking to you?" I wish he didn't ask much about him. I want to forget about Luke. "He wanted me back. But I told him I'm seeing someone and then he walked away." That was the truth. I wonder if Luke knows it's Ashton, but I seriously doubt it he looked back after.

He held my hand until we reached my front porch. "Thanks for walking me." I kissed his cheek and he smiled, "No problem. Walk tomorrow?" I nodded and then he left because he needed to start a project for his music class.

I walked into the kitchen and got an apple from the counter. My parents were coming back tomorrow and I hope they can stay a little longer. I feel alone at the moment-no one to talk to or to call because they are busy.

I walked to my room and laid on the bed. I scrolled through my texts and Luke texted me.

Luke~ can you tutor me today? I'm sort of failing in math again

Sarah~ sure, I'll be over at 4:45?

Luke~ K. Just yell when your hear

I shut off my phone and began to put all my math books in a bag. I wonder how long I have to tutor Luke. If he still wants me lie he said he did, I might no be able to do this. It's already hard enough seeing him upset when I reject him. But I should only care about Ash. My subconscious adds in.

It was already 4:20 and I began to walk to Luke's house. I might be a bit early so I just waited outside his door until it was 4:45 and I yelled his name. "Coming!" He shouted and I heard loud footsteps before he opened the door. "Come on in." He smiled and he lead me to the couch. "So what are you failing in?" He looks down at his book, "Everything.." I was amused..really. "How? You were doing really well last time?" He shrugged his shoulders and I began to teach him slowly. "So you get it now?" I showed him how I got the answer to an equation and he looked utterly confused.

"How did you get that?" He pointed at the exponent. "Don't you like have to get the number and times it by two?" He stared at the work. This boy is so confused. "No Luke, the exponent means to times the number as many times as the exponent. In this case it would be 10 to the power of 2. And the answer will be?"

"100?" He bit his lip, "Yeah! Do you get it now?" I asked him, "i guess so.." I began to put my books away and put m shoes back on, "You're leaving?" He watches me get ready and stands up. "Yeah, i have to go home and do my homework and study." I felt so awkward. "Okay..." I opened the door, "Bye Luke." "Bye Sar." He hasn't called me Sar.

•the next day•

School finished and I waited outside for Ash. "Hey babe." He smiled and leaned down to kiss me. "I missed you." He smiles into the kiss, "me too." I say back. He held my hand and we began to walk to his house. "Your mom is okay with me coming over?" I asked. I haven't met his mom before, but she seems like a lovely lady, with all the stories Ash has told me. "Yeah. She wanted me to bring you over earlier but we haven't really got used to it until now." "Okay, then lets get going." I smile and walk beside him.

When we reach his house, its a nice comfortable home. His mom opens the door and lets us in. Two children came running down the stairs. "Sarah, this is Harry and Lauren." He smiled. "Hi, it's nice to finally meet you." I smile and we make our way to the living room. "Ash, I'm going to go start making dinner, maybe you and Sarah can go to the store to get some ingredients?" He got up and took his keys off the rack, "sure mum. Be back in a bit." She smiled and went back into the kitchen.

We bought all the food Ash's mom needed and we went back. I was sort of nervous to meet his family, but I don't know if they will ask personal questions. "You okay babe?" He turned his head to face me, and put his hand on my thigh, squeezing it slightly. "Yeah...I'm just a bit nervous." I put my hand over his, "You don't have to be. Their only my family." He smiled. "Yeah, but I don't want to make a bad impression of myself." I looked out the window, "I promise you won't." He smiled and laughed a bit.

When we finally came back, Ash's mom asked me to help her. "So how long have you two been together?" "A few days." She smiled. "How did you two meet?" I hope she wasn't going to do this all night. I hope I don't say anything bad on accident. "In class, he sits next to me." I smiled and thanked god as we stopped talking and began to cook. "So..." I wanted it to make it less awkward and not put a subject about me. "Please call me Anne." "Okay." She smiled and i set the plates out. "Thank you for helping me." She has a strong Austrialian accent. I wonder if Ash lived here his whole life.

"Were gonna go out for a walk." Ash grabbed my hand and lead me outside. He took me to the park and we sat down on the grass. "Have you lived here your whole life?" "Yeah I did." He smiled and we began to ask each other a bunch of questions. We stared up at the sky. It felt nice being here with him. I felt safe. Dinner was going to be ready soon so we just agreed to wait until Anne calls.

Shortly after, Ash has his head in my lap and I brushed my fingers through his hair. I looked into his hazel eyes and he smiled, showing his dimples. I poked his cheek and he bit his lip. I looked up to see if anyone was watching us, i was right. I saw Connor turn around and ran away. I wonder what he is gonna do.

"You okay? You seem worried." I like how Ash knows how I feel. "I think I saw Connor..." He frowned and grabbed my hand in his. "Don't think about him now babe, I'll beat his sorry ass if he lays another hand on you." He smiled slightly. His phone rang and we got up and went back to his house.

We ate lasagna and it was really good. "Thanks again for having me over." I smiled and got my shoes on, "No problem. Come by whenever." Anne smiles and hugs me. "I'm gonna drive Sar back." Ashton got his keys and walked out the front door.

We got to my front door and he kissed me goodbye. "I love you Sar." He kissed me again, "i love you Ash." I smiled into the kiss and then he left. I went upstairs and got into the shower.

When I got out, I was wondering when my parents would come back today. My phone began to ring, "hello?" "Is this Sarah Smith?" It was a deep male voice on the other phone. "Yes, who is this?" I'm sort of worried now. "I'm Officer Johnson, and I am really sorry but your parents didn't make it back." What? "W-what do you mean?" "The plane they were on crashed, I'm sorry for your loss miss but I need to call others now." I hung up and cried. Im all alone.

I went into the bathroom and got my blade out. I cut until all I saw was black.

Poor Sarah. I think this might spice it up a bit with Ash, Mikey and possibly Luke.
