Cruise X

Day one of the cruise I am here with my friends. I look up at the cruise ship. I have never been on a cruise before. I guess it's a first time for everything. We are in the line to get on the ship. Have been here for a few hours like everyone else here. The guys have been here a moment ago with of us all fans minus one. They say Jordan is sick and will be there for the sail away party later. I hope so I would like to meet him in person. He's my favourite. So we all partied with Donnie and Joe who were on Facebook live. We soon got onto the ship with everyone else. There on the balcony above us were the guys. This time all five were there, five very sexy men. Jordan looked nervous as he looked over at the fans. He was gripping onto the rail to keep him there. Jordan looks different than normal, he looks paler, quieter and thinner. He has changed his haircut a bit, it's a little longer as it goes over his forehead almost like the haircut he had for the Face the music era. It was their first proper appearance since the cruise last year. They haven't done much in the way of appearances since their accident during the 2017 Package tour. His chocolate brown eyes locked onto my blue ones. He smiles. I wasn't sure it was me. He is now waving.

"Caitlin, Jordan is waving at you".

" No, he's not. There has to be someone behind me". I look behind me. I turn around again and he is pointing to me. I point to me. He nods. I look confused. I talk to my friend next to me.

"I'm going to find my cabin and settle in". I glance up for the last time, he looks sad as I leave. He is just being nice that it is all. It's not going to mean anything. He's married anyway. Why would he be interested in me anyway? I'm just a normal person.

I left my friends to find my cabin but will see one in a minute as we are sharing. I get my things ready for the four days and put away my outfits for the theme nights. I then leave to go find everyone for the Sail away party up on deck. We are up near the front having bagged a good spot. We have to thank our friend Becky for that. Then we hear Donnie's voice before we see them. One by one they come out in view. Wait, only four again. They said he would be there. Where is he? I guess they weren't lying when they said he was sick. Poor Jordan having to be sick on the cruise. I can hear comments behind and all around me because he isn't there. Donnie was doing the pledge but he kept looking back inside every so often. It was like he was saying it to someone who was not there. Soon as the sail away party started it finished.

It was time for dinner then getting ready for the first theme night: 70's night. Once there were only 4 of them again. Even though Jon was late. Wait there is another figure standing next to Jon. There he was again dressed as Mr Saturday night. He looked ever so nervous and quiet gripping onto the balcony. Jon is next to him dressed as a hippy.

I and my group of friends are near the main stage and the balcony. Soon Donnie appears near Jordan dressed as a 70's rocker. He gives Jordan something in a cup. We know he doesn't drink anymore not since the reunion tours so it can't be a drink. We have Danny and Joe on the main stage near us which is soon joined by Donnie. A while later Jordan joined the stage still a little quiet not so much lively like he normally is. Soon he was dancing with Danny and Joe up on stage. Almost acting like himself during previous tours and cruises. We weren't as lucky to be up on stage but there were a few up on stage. One of which walked towards Jordan, he looked scared from where we were standing which is not like him. Then he disappeared.

"Where did he go?".

" That's not like him". All the fans around us and included us were confused. But the other members carried on a normal so we did too. It was a strange end to the theme night.
