[9]: New Fight

2015 ― Brooklyn, New York
"Mom... this is my fault... I just wanted to be like you and Dad."

Tony Stark and Amaya Rogers were both on top of the abandoned building that Amaya found Christian in. All she had to do, was look inside of her mind and then, in turn, look inside of his to look at his surroundings. Tony used his suit to cut through the roof's metal, making a circle for Amaya to fly down in. Tony was able to get heat signatures on where they were, so the two of them could land in the building in a room behind them.

Amaya quietly flew down before Tony did the same and let his mask fall off. "You are still newly trained, so please, please tell me you can handle yourself. I know we have to save Chris and Wanda, but I still need to protect you at all costs." Tony said to her, and Amaya nodded her head.

"Yeah, Uncle T," Amaya whispered. The two of them crept closer to where Christian and Wanda were being held, and then Amaya's eyes widened when she saw another man in the room and the figure of her Mom on the ground. "Uncle T... Mom's in there." She said, backing up from the doorway. Tony quickly peeked in before looking back at the youngest, Rogers.

"And that's Rumlow." He said, and then Amaya's eyes widened.

"Where's Dad, Uncle Sam, and Aunt Nat?" Amaya whispered.

"I don't know, kid. Something tells me we're about to find out." Tony whispered back.

Meanwhile, inside of the room. Viper had now put tape over Wanda's mouth, and Rumlow kicked Katherine awake as Viper took the bag off Christian's head. Katherine immediately sat up from the ground and looked around.

"Where the hell is my husband? And Nat and Sam?" Katherine asked.

"I think they're the least of your concerns right now." Viper said, laughing a little.

"Mom..." Christian's voice sounded hoarse, looking surprised that his Mom was there too. She slowly turned when Katherine heard his voice, and her eyes widened. "Mom, I'm so sorry," Christian whispered, tears coming to his eyes; she then looked at Wanda, who was also crying. Katherine turned in rage to see exactly who had taken her, and then she laughed.

Christian and Wanda had already been beaten. Katherine noticed that Christian was also wet, his hair and his face, and she immediately knew that they waterboarded him. Katherine figures that Viper was torturing them for information.

And she's going to kill her.

"Ophelia... I thought I killed you." Katherine said.

"Clearly not," Ophelia responded.

"Well, now, I'm going to," Katherine said as she slowly got up from the ground. "You mess with my kid, my team, and you die, simple as that." She said. Ophelia only laughed in response.

"Katherine, sweet Katherine. You haven't changed a bit, have you? All rage and no purpose. But you're not going to do anything until I get what I want." Ophelia said.

"And what's that?" Katherine asked.

"I know you saved HYDRA intel on your missions while taking them down. I want it." Ophelia said.

"You'll never get it," Katherine said, which made Ophelia laugh. Before Katherine could react, she threw one of her darts into Katherine's leg, immediately making her fall to the ground.

"Rumlow, if you will," Ophelia said. Rumlow nodded and walked over to Christian, putting the bag back over his head. He then leaned down and grabbed a big bucket of water, and held it over his head. "Let's see what you let happen first, your son dying or giving me my intel." She said, giving Rumlow the signal.
