"Jaehyun and Juyeon, I know you two are friends, but to everyone else," Younghoon said, looking at the two who were seated next to each other, "Jacob, Sangyeon, and Jaehyun, this is Juyeon, Chanhee, and Changmin." He said, pointing to them respectably.

"Juyeon, Chanhee, and Changmin, this is Jacob, Sangyeon, and Jaehyun." The table gave awkward waves and smiles towards each other, mainly focusing on the menu as everyone hadn't eaten anything that day.

"Hello, I'm Chan and I'll be your server today, can I get you started with some drinks?" A semi-bored voice said minutes later.

Everyone told the unenthusiastic waiter —Chan— their drink orders, still glancing through the menu. He nodded, returning to the back room. The group returned to a small chatter as most had chosen what they were getting.

When their drinks arrived, everyone ordered and the table was in silence for a couple minutes. Juyeon smiled down at his phone as it buzzed, reading the multitude of texts he was receiving.

"Kevin, in very frantic caps, said he'll be here in 15 minutes at most." he announced, drinking from his iced tea.

"Oh is he using the group chat?" Chanhee asked.

"Yeah," Juyeon squinted at the boy, "why?"

"That's why my ass is buzzing so much!" He said, albeit too loudly. Jacob and Jaehyun snorted as Changmin slapped Chanhee's arm.

"Why did you say that so loud?" Changmin whined as Chanhee rubbed his arm.

"Anyway," Sangyeon said, diverting the conversation back to something else. "Younghoon, what would you like to do today?"

As the table talked, Jaehyun smiled slightly and leaned in next to Juyeon to whisper something to him. Juyeon nodded with a mischievous smile on his face. He stood up, and walked towards the back, claiming he had to use the bathroom. No one paid any mind to him and continued on with their conversations.

"That sounds like fun." Jacob said, smiling at the younger.

Yeah, maybe we co-" before Chanhee could finish his sentence, a large group of employees came towards their table, holding a bowl of ice cream with a candle stuck into the middle. All of the waiters/waitresses started singing happy birthday to Younghoon, a very smiley Juyeon standing with them.

Younghoon sat there, red as a fire truck as they finished, the bowl being placed down in front of him.

"Make a wish Hoonie~" Jaehyun teased him, laughing as he blew the candle out.

Moments later, the door was roughly pushed open, revealing a very out of breath Kevin. He looked around the room, spotting the table his friends were at, heading towards it as he painted for breath.

He sat down, apologizing profusely to Younghoon, then questioning why he was so red. The other people at the table laughed as Kevin sat there, very confused.

"All the employees said, well sang actually, happy birthday to him and he got shy." Changmin said, handing his water to Kevin. Kevin gave him an appreciation nod as he chugged most of the glass.
