*8 months later*

"KEVIN I SWEAR!" Jacob chases the younger, running around the older's apartment. He had taken Jacob's favorite sunglasses and broke them—again.

"YOU'RE BUYING ME A NEW PAIR!" He yelled, stopping the chase and sitting down on the couch. Sangyeon looked at him like he was crazy, shaking his head as Kevin plopped down next to his boyfriend.

After Younghoon's birthday, the pair had gone on a total of 3 dates before they made it official that they were dating. Everyone was shocked that it took only a couple dates before they decided to become boyfriends, but Jaehyun and Haknyeon were not surprised at all.

The two had made a bet about when they would date, Jaehyun said 5 dates, and Haknyeon guess 4, and being the closer guess, won 3 free meals from Jaehyun, which of course he used wisely. (Kevin and Jacob had barely given the two a glance when they found out about the bet.)

After the 3 dates, Jacob was the first to bring up the fact that they could not see color anymore. It took a lot of growing used to (and a lot of tears) before they finally accepted the fact that the world would never be as beautiful as before.

Kevin has smiled sadly at all his favorite shirts, missing the way the color radiated off of them, and instead only wearing the shirts he knew were black, white, or gray. Jacob has a harder time coping with clothing choices, refusing to believe he couldn't tell what color something was. (He is cried the most about not seeing color, but Kevin doesn't have to know that.)

"Don't worry, you know I will." Kevin squishes next to Jacob on the small chair he was sat in, poking his boyfriends cheek repeatedly. Jacob swatted his hand away, crossing his arms and turning away from the other. Kevin chuckled at the older's childish behavior but took the hint and moved to the other couch.

Sangyeon shook his head and sighed as he looked at the two soulmates. They had gone through so many pairs of sunglasses on the 7 1/2 months they were officially dating. Kevin always sits on them when he doesn't pay attention to the random surfaces he finds to sit on.

"I mean really, who sits on the top of the fridge?" Juyeon said at one of the first pairs that had broken. Everyone stared at Kevin as he flushed red, shrugging his shoulders while mumbling "I was quoting a video."

Kevin takes his phone out to text the older, and apologizing. Jacob let a small curve of his lips show before going back to a cold face and putting his phone down. He picked up the broken sunglasses and sighed for the hundredth time in the past hour.

"I'm sorry, I really don't know why they were there."

"Why wouldn't my sunglasses be on the counter?" Jacob asked, "you shouldn't even be up there in the first place!"

"And the fridge." Sangyeon added.

"How many times do I have to say that it was an accident!?!?!" Kevin exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air dramatically.

Jacob and Sangyeon just laughed at him. None of the 11 other boys had let Kevin live that down. His excuse not allowing any of his friends to show any sympathy for him.

Later that day (after sunglass shopping), Jacob looked at his phone right before bed. He had a couple notifications from a couple apps, and a text from Jacob.

"Although the world isn't as pretty as before,  being with you really makes it worth it."

Kevin smiles at the cute text, sending the older a cute message in response and laying down for bed. Before he fell asleep he smiled the ceiling, thinking about how lucky he was before finally falling asleep.
