JESSICA'S POV

I woke up to Shawn nudging me awake.

"Jess, its time its time to eat." he said

I raised my arms, for assistance to get up. We walked downstairs and in to the dining room. Shawn looked back at me and smiled. I couldnt help but smile back. The table was covered with all sorts or different foods.

Shawn's family and I all sat down at the table and Shawns dad began passing the food around.

"So Jessica tell me about your family" Shawn's dad said.

Shawn's eyes immedietly opened wide and he whispered in my ear; "You dont need to answer that".

"No its okay" i replied.

"Um, actually my parents died in a car accident, when I was 4" I explained to his dad.

"Oh, im so sorry. I had no idea, I didnt mean to-" he said but i cut him off.

"No, dont worry. It's really okay it was a long time ago." I said putting a smile on my face to let his guilt slip away.

"So what about your sister?" His mother asked

"Well she couldnt deal with the pain, and sadness in our lives so basically she moved here. My grandmother took care of me until about 4 years ago. She was getting to old so i had to put her in an old age home. But the Grier's have been a huge source of support for me eversince the accident, they were like my second family." i said popping a smile at the end, and Shawn put his hand on my thigh, and he flashed me a smile.

"Wow, you are a very strong girl" His mom said while taking a bite of her mashed potatoes.

I just flashed her a smile, and I kept eating.

"Oh Shawn, tomorrow me and your father are going to be out with Aaliyah pumpkin picking. So you guys are on your own, unless you want to come?" Shawns mom asked.

"No, im gonna show Jessica around a bit." he said

We all ate and I shared some funny stories about my childhood, and there were some embarrasing stories about Shawn too.

After dinner, me and Shawns mom washed and dried the dishes, while Shawns dad watched the hockey game and Shawn and Aaliyah caught up.

"You know Jessica, you are the first girl that Shawn has ever brought home. I mean he has had girlfriends in the past but he never brought them home, and eventually they just broke up with him because he didnt want to kiss them, which if you ask me is pretty stupid.. His analogy was that he didnt feel like any of them were special and he knew it wouldnt last." she explained to me.

I stayed silent, i didnt know what to say.

"Wait a minute. He kissed you didnt he. That's why he brought you home!" She said getting all excited..

I just smiled, and i could feel my cheeks getting red. "Your special Jessica, i can tell that Shawn really likes you, just by tye way he looks at you." She said

"He is a really great guy" I said, and then Shawn walked in to the kitchen and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

"You two, go hang out, i will finish here" His mom said.

"Are you sure?" I asked

"Positive" She replied, and i thanked her. Me and Shawn went up to his room. "shawn let me just put on my pyjamas." I said, grabbing clothes out of my bag.

I walked in to his bathroom and slipped on my grey sweats, and a navy and white baseball shirt. I pulled my hair in to a messy bun, took of my make-up and put on my glasses.

I walked out, to notice that shawn is just smiling. "Hey dont judge me i cant wear make-up to bed. So dont judge my uglyness." I stated and i zipped up my bag.

He came up to me and kissed me. "Im smiling because you look even more beautiful, with-out make-up" He said which melted my heart.

"Love you" i said pecking him on the lips. "Love you too" he said afterwords.

"Jessica, i wrote you a song. Its still being fixed up but i really want you to be the first to hear it." He said, taking his guitar out of the case. I sat down cross legged on his bed and waited for him to start.

Then he began, strumming first, and then adding words.

"I love it when you just dont care, I love it when you dance like there's nobody there. So when it gets hard dont be afriad, we dont care what them people say...." and he continued.

"Shawn thats amazing!" I said to him waving my arms in the air. "Good, im glad you like it." He said getting up and hugging me.

"Oh there is something else that you should know.." he said. Oh god, he's breaking up with me. Watch.

"The guys and i left Magcon, and im moving back home." He said.

"Wait why is that bad! I thought you hated Magcon?" i asked him confused.

"Im moving back home, you live in North Carolina.." He trailed off.

I just sat there in shock. Tears slowly started escaping my eyes.

"Jess, thats good though" he said with a huge smile.

"Shawn thats terrible! What are you saying?!" I said

"My parents said you could move here" he said

"No. I cant impose like that!" i said

"Trust me. Its fine! My mom suggested it anyways, she really likes having you around." He said

"I really dont think you understand how much i love you Shawn." I said giving him a hug.

SHAWNS POV

The rest of the night Jessica and i just talked. It was such a simple action, that meant so much. I really cant express how much i truly love this girl.

Jess fell asleep burried in the sheets in my bed, so i cuddled up next to her. I kissed her once, and was surprised when i felt a kiss being returned.

"So you arent really asleep" I whispered, since its like 1:00am.

"I've been waiting for that" she whispered back.

"Goodnight" i said "Goodnight" she said back.
