Chapter 27

You hit the ground while trying to fall on your 2 legs. Unfortunately you fail.

You feel a scarp pain in your left leg and try sit slowly up. You won't die from jumping out of a window but if you don't do it carefully... yes then you will feel pain.

It was not the best idea but it was the only way to leave the house. If you stay longer, you will probably hurt them all. Full moon isn't over yet.

You don't want that. You want them safe.

"Sh*t... Jungkook. Is he okay? Did he make it? What if-?" You shake the thoughts of your head.

You stand up slowly, ignoring the dizziness and start running. You need to go away far from here. That's the safest way for them... the safest way for Taehyung.

Even though you were only running for one minute, you are already really far. First you don't recognize where you are, but then you see it.

You are in the parc a few kilometers away from Taehyung's mansion. You always came here with your mother. You look around while the memories are coming back.

'There is nobody here.. Fortunately' You think.

You look around and take a deep breath. This parc was always a paradise for you. You always went with your mom to the lake which is a few meters in front of you.

You sigh and sit on a banc. What are you going to do now? Going back to Taehyung is not an option.

While Thinking about Taehyung, you feel suddenly sad. You need him.

Now you know it for sure. You are in love with him. You want to be with him but you can't. It's too dangerous. What happend to Jungkook can't happen again.

Without knowing you start to cry softly. "I'm really a weakling." 

Suddenly you remember the words of Taehyung:
"No, you are not. I know what you have been through. I know everything and that would definitely not make you a weakling. Don't you dare to say that"

You smile a little while crying. A mafia leader who cares and loves about you. Can it get any crazier?

You miss him.. So much.

You want to go back so badly. Back to Taehyung but also to Lisa. You want to hug them but you can't. You are way too dangerous.

You wipe your tears and stand up. Before you could continue to run, you feel the fear again that fills your whole body.

You hold your beath while looking up at the moon. The cloud is gone. The moon light shines right on you.

You start to panic while feeling the pain again but this time you are too weak to hold it back.

You fall on your knees while your fangs are coming out once again. You scream and open your eyes. Light red takes over the brown color.

Your hands are making fists into the grass.

You breath heavily and stand slowly up again while shaking from the pain you felt again.

It's always very painful the full moon. You feel like dying and your brain stops working. Then you pass out and when you wake up you are covered in blood and can't remember anything. Then you can only hope you didn't kill anyone.

You look around but can't see anyone. The annoying feeling is back in your throat. You need blood.

"I know what you need babygirl" Says a deep voice behind you.

You can't recognize the voice because of the full moon. You are again totally hypnozed.

You turn around while showing your fangs.

"Calm down Baby. I'm not going to harm you. I can give you what you need. Just come with me." says the boy again while signaling you to come closer.

Taking a closer look at him, you finally notice who it is. He is tall with dark hair and dark red eyes. His clothes are completely black.

"Vernon" You say without emotion. No fear nor anger.

You don't realize that you must run away. 'He is dangerous' Says a little voice in your head but the intoxication of the full moon makes your mind numb.

Slowly, you start walking towards him.

"Ah, the full moon makes you a little monster... Isn't it Soojin? It's like you are not yourself." He laughs. "I remember that when you were with us. Full moon makes you crazy. I used to watch while you were in pain."

You don't listen to what he's saying. You attack him but unfortunately he's faster. He steps quickly aside and pushes you so you fall on the ground on your knees. Pain rushes through your knees but you ignore it.

You stand up immediately and turn back at him. You growl softly.

"You don't use your fight skills baby. Easier for me" Vernon laughs while looking into your shining eyes.

You attack him again but he hit you on your neck with something sharp. Not a syringe this time.

You gasp while stumbling backwards. You touch your neck. Expecting pain, you feel nothing.

"You can choose. Come with me like a good girl or you run back to your friends. Wait.. Have you killed them?" He laughs bitterly. "Did you kill.. Taehyung?"

Suddenly a shock goes through your body when he mentioned his name. Without wasting a second you aim your arms at him. Red light comes out of your hands and Vernon flights through the air and lands almost into the lake.

He stands up fast but he is hurt. He looks at you surprised. If you didn't have that much pain you would laugh at his reaction.

Without thinking twice, you turn around and run away as fast as you can but you can hear something that Vernon shouts at you.

"Just wait Soojin, you will regret it that you didn't came with me!"

You keep running while the pain starts to fill your body. Full moon is over so the pain hits you.

Your left leg is now killing you but you keep running. Ignoring everything you feel.

The left side of your neck, were Vernon had hit you, burns a little but it doesn't hurt. You don't understand what he has done but that are worried for later, you need to run away from him.

Not long after that, your body suddenly gave up. You fall on the grass while breathing heavily.

It's normal for you to faint after full moon but with The Blacks around you, it's a huge risk to faint in the middle of a parc.

Still, you feel too weak and lay still. The pain starts to fade away. Your body starts to lose his strength but you keep shaking.

While the world around you starts to drift away you close your eyes is surrender.

Suddenly someone is picking you up from the ground. You can't open your eyes but you feel your body freeze.

"Don't worry. It will be okay." Says the person in a deep voice.

You are exhausted and injured so it doesn't take long before you faint in his arms.

The last thing you can hear is:

"I've got you.. Princess"
