2 years.
2 full years had passed since the demon had became his boyfriend.
It had gone so fast, and it was the best 2 years of the angel's life.
He straightened his bowtie for the third time, and picked up the flowers before heading out of the door.

Crowley pulled his jacket over his shoulders and walked over to his mirror. He brushed a hand through his hair, trying to tidy himself up, and pointed finger guns at the his reflection and winked in the cheesiest way possible before being interrupted by a loud knock on his door. He smiled widely, picked up a heart shaped box of chocolates off his desk and skipped over to the door.

"Hey angel!" He hid the box behind his back and leaned against the door frame.
"Hi love," Aziraphale beamed, "happy two years!" He thrust the bouquet towards the demon.
"Awww, angel.." he smiled softly, "you didn't have to.."
Aziraphale beamed, "I do hope you like them."
"Yeah, I do, thank you sugar, they're beautiful,"
"here," Crowley pulled the chocolates out from behind his back, "they were the best ones I could find."
"Oh! Thank you dear" Aziraphale kissed his boyfriend's cheek, causing him to turn a light shade of pink.
"Y-yeah, anyway," Crowley made a vaguely keymash noise' "dinner at the Ritz?"
"I would love that dear" The angel held out his hand, "let's go."

Crowley stepped out of the Bentley, nearly tripping over his own feet in the process, earning a soft chuckle from the ethereal being next to him.
They walked through the doors of the familiar restaurant, and remembered all of the dates they'd had.
Crowley, however, seemed oddly put out, which Aziraphale found rather strange, but didn't mention it, as he usually seemed distracted by his surroundings.
Crowley nervously tucked a small box into his jacket pocket, and took a deep breath.

Aziraphale was also struggling to focus, as he was mentally preparing himself for what he was going to do.

~~

"That was delicious." Aziraphale sighed contentedly.
"You say that about everything." Crowley joked,
"Yes, well, it's true, my dear." Aziraphale rested a hand on his boyfriend's.
Crowley's heart raced, this was it, the perfect moment, he could not mess this up. He breathed in, and then out again, in a desperate attempt to calm his nerves, and got out of his chair,
"Crowley, dear, what are you-"
He was cut off as he saw the demon on one knee in front of him, holding a delicate white box.
Aziraphale laughed, causing Crowley's expression to break, he was now sporting a confused pout, as worry burned a hole through his stomach, did he not like it? Was I going too fast? What if-
He felt a wave of relief hit him, as his angel took his hand, making him stand up, he took his sunglasses off, forcing him to look him in the eye.
He held out his free hand, and a small black box appeared and fell into his hand. He let go of the demon, and opened the small box, revealing a small ring decorated with angel wings. Crowley felt tears in his golden eyes,
As he reached for his box, which he had dropped on the floor, and opened it, showing off a ring that looked like a small snake,
"So, I'm gonna take that as a yes," he slipped the serpentine ring onto his lover's finger, and put the angel one on his own.
Aziraphale broke the silence by giggling and kissing his demon, as tears poured down his face.
"Definitely, yes, a thousand times yes!"
They payed the bill and got into the car, both giddy with happiness.

They were halfway back to Crowley's flat when Aziraphale cleared his throat, and spoke,

"You know, Crowley," He twirled the ring on his finger, "if you weren't driving, I would kiss you absolutely senseless,"

Crowley blushed, and suddenly pulled over, "not driving anymore."

"Well, I can't argue with that"
