-Bulldogs: Hired Elitists by the Governs to sniff out any Shulks and ensure the system continues smoothly. Enforces the Governs Laws by any means necessary.
-Shulks: A title earned by badmouthing the Governs or Governs Laws. It also earns those with this title a high risk chance of not showing up for work one day. Shulks are ones who openly disagree with the system or even attempt to plot against it. If they disrupt the imbalanced peace, they are a Shulk.
-Tippers: Elitists that are not Bulldogs, they are normal citizens who, if they overhear any Shulks, give the information heard and from who it was heard from to the Governs, for a price.
