-Felix Le'fau: Father to Dimitri, husband to Slyvia, and a member of the Govern Circle. Unhappy in his marriage. Doesn't understand his sons ways but still tries to support him. A highly respected member of the Govern Circle.
-Lise Dower: A citizen member of the Povershed Tier. Close friend to Dimitri at Slyvias disapproval. Very hated by Slyvia. Activist.
Harold Shile: Eldest member of the Govern Circle. Dislikes Dimitri for his humanitarian personality but holds a strong respect for Felix. Holds a fancy for Slyvia.
