A/N: So you might be pondering, "Why hasn't this book been updated?!" Well, that's because, 1: I'm a lazy fuck, and 2: I have a writer's block ;( Give me some ideas people!! [This is also a short chapter.. sorry!]

[James POV]
I was peacefully scrolling through my phone when I heard loud thumping sounds coming down the stairs like someone was in a rush. "jaaaaaAAAAAAAAMES!" I heard Adam scream right before he jumped onto me. "What the hell are you doing?" I asked in an annoyed tone. "Yo, do you wanna go see the movie called, 'Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark' ..?" "Wait.. do you mean the book series? Did they make a movie of them!? If so, of course I'd like to go! As long as it's not.. to scary.. I'll have nightmares for weeks!" I exclaimed and stood up from the couch. "Anyone else coming?" I added. "Nope. Just you and me." Adam replied with a cheeky grin crawling onto his face. "Well okay then. When are we going?" I asked. "We can go right now if you want." "Sure."

I cuddled up next to Adam and put my head into his chest when a scary part came up. I felt safe with Adam's arms around me. I felt like nothing could get me.

I flopped onto the couch with a sigh and rested my head on the arm of the couch. Adam sat next to me with a POP TART in his hand and started eating it. "Why are you eating a popta-" "Because I can." Adam interrupted me in a stern voice. I chuckled and yawned. I was tired. Sleep deprived even. I got up and slowly walked up the stairs, leaving Adam on the couch downstairs. I changed into comfortable clothes and flopped onto my bed and pulled the covers over my head.

I started thinking about things that will happen tomorrow: Jaiden and Timothy are leaving but Adam is staying for another week. That may seem like a good thing but... I'm hosting a family reunion at my house where my family might embarrass Adam. I haven't told anyone about me and Adam's relationship, so this is gonna be good. As I was thinking, I found myself slowly drifting off into sleep. My breathing went softer and my eyes began to close when I felt a pair of arms wrap around me. I guess I was in the middle of thinking that I hadn't noticed Adam walk in. I just rolled with it and cuddled up close to Adam.
