I instantly heard a loud pound on my front door. I got up and fixed my hair as I made my way to the knocking then opened the door. "YOU GOT A DOG?!" James said in a surprised tone. "Ye, his name is Thurnis" Thurnis came running down the hall when I said his name. "ItS sO cuTe!" James exclaimed as he bent over and pet Thurnis.
"How the heck did you get here that fast..?" I questioned James as he was still giving Thurnis head pats. "Don't ask" "Well, I'm glad you like him." I said and walked into the living room and sat on the couch and James shortly joined me with Thurnis, of course, following.

The doorbell rang and Thurnis ran to the door at the speed of light. I followed and opened the door to see Jaiden and Timothy looking back at me. "Heyyy- iS tHat a dOg?!?! EEE!" Jaiden got distracted by Thurnis and started petting him. "Ye. His name is tHurNis." "Thurnis? More like Minecraft furnace." Timothy said. "D i d y o u j u s t r o a s t m y d o g?" "Uhhhh..." Timothy bolted into the door and ran away before Thurnis or I could catch him.
