Every night

Everynight I cry
I shed innocent tears
Tears nobody sees
Only my wet pillar can bear witness

Each night I drown
My dry eyes drown
In a lake of my own tears
After feeding on my own fears
Hoping after it all my mind clears

Each day and mostly at night
I write poems
Poems with my tears
Beautifuly written down with pain
Pain they love to read on paper
They say I am the best writer
But I write best with my eyes blind with tears
Tears that flow from my pen
As I add more ink to the pen
More tears fall on paper

I write more letters
Letters nobody knows about
I write many words
Words nobody knows how to read
I write sentences
Sentences nobody understands

As down strikes
My prowess dies
A slow and booring death
Again I wait for another night
To be born again
In loneliness
But in company of my thoughts, pen and paper
