Chapter 10

Alex Pov

I sat on the couch watching re-runs of The Vampire Diaries while eating my coco pops.

My dark brown hair was in a mess ontop of my head and I was wearing orange short-shorts and a white tank top.

The boys had to go and do some recording for their new album 'Take me Home', so I decided to just stay back at home and chill with my favourite TV show.

Liam's Birthday was coming up in a few weeks well more like 7 weeks, so I decided to go buy him an early Birthday present.

I walked into the doors of Jo-Jo's Pet store.

I went over to the section with the little puppy dogs in them. My god were they all cute!

I decided I wanted a smallish dog for Liam so it could run around the house.

I looked at all the puppies. I wanted all of them!! Life's not fair!

I was about to give up when the cutest puppy ever, came up to me.

His big brown eyes and black and white fur and his little ears was just so... Argh! Perfect!

I picked him up and walked over to the checkout girl, Miranda, and said "He is perfect".

I drove home and just in time too, the boys were only a few blocks away.

I grabbed Oreo (Yes I named the puppy Oreo ^_^), Dog food, The doggy bed, and Oreo's collar and leash before making a run for the house.

I decided to be cheeky and quickly locked all of the doors and windows so the boys couldn't get in.

I put Oreos bed in the corner of the living room and carefully put little Oreo in there.

OMFG he is just so cute!! I tickled him under his chin before I heard a noise coming from outside.

I quickly picked up Oreo and stood just in front of the locked door.

"Alex! Open up!! We're back!" Liam called. I put my spare hand to my mouth to stop myself from giggling.

"Nope, she's locked every window and door" Niall said.

"Great. ALEXANDRA PAYNE" Liam called again.

I heard grunts as they tried to shove the door open.

'Suckers' I thought to myself. I quickly opened up the lock then quickly ran into the living room.

"Alex open this door right- Oh that was easy" Zayn said as the 5 boys walked into the house. They dropped their bags and walked into the lounge room.

When they all got comfortable and started watching the TV, I snuck around the side as they started talking among eachother.

1...2..3,

"ERMAGAWD ITS JACOB!" I yelled as I jumped up with Oreo still in my arms. They all looked as if the had seen a vampire.

"Don't scare us like that!" The boys said in union. I laughed as Niall ran over and took Oreo from my arms.

"He is so cute, Whats his name?" Niall said tickling oreo on his stomach. "His names Oreo. And he's not mine" I said as I took Oreo back.

"Then Who's is he?" Louis asked obviously confused. "His Liams! Well Liam's early birthday present" I smiled as I gave him to Liam.

Liam hugged me as he said "Thank you sis".

I was sitting on the floor playing with Oreo as Uncle Simon came over to discuss more about the boys new album. As I played with Oreo I decided to listen to some music. So I plugged my earphones in and put on Skinny Love by Bon Iver.

As I was tickling Oreo I started to sing along with the lyrics.

"Staring At the sink of blood and crushed Veneer"

"Right in the moment, this orders gone"

I stopped singing as I realized 6 pairs of eyes were staring at me in.. Shock? I guess.

"Wow" Simon said as he stood up.

I was starting to get a bit uncomfortable with everyone looking at me.

"We'll, I better get going. Oh and Al, could you come with the boys to rehearsals tomorrow? I need to talk to you" and with that he left.

I turned back to have Louis run up and Hug the living day lights out of me.

"That was amazing!" He said after he gave me a light kiss on the lips. I smiled as my 5 best friends agreed with him.

Once Niall and Zayn left to get their things from their hotel as Liam offered for them to stay with us as our house has heaps of spare bedrooms.

We decided to just chill on the sofa with a packet of marshmallows, well by we I meant Lou, Liam and I as Harry was upstairs with Tess.

As much as I hate her, I have to accept the fact that Harry likes her.

The doorbell rang and in walked the other two pineapples who had their suitcases with them.

Now it was time to have a movie marathon.
