It's been a few days since the camp out, and today me, Yeah-Yeah, and Squints all went to get a new ball for the day. We got to the store and the cashier started talking.
"Hello pretty-one what's a girl like you buying a baseball for?" "Dude aren't you like 40?" I asked "I wouldn't disrespect me like that little girl." He said grabbing my arm God I wish Yeah-Yeah and Squints were here. "Let go of me." I seethed through my teeth
"HEY! SHE SAID LET GO!" Holy shit it was Yeah-Yeah "YEAH SO LET HER GO!" And there was Squints
The guy was too distracted with amusement of how small the two boys were that I had enough time to knee with in the not soo nice area and run. All three of us were running when we stopped a couple blocks down from the store. "Shit are you ok Caden?" YeahYeah asked pulling me into a hug. "Im ok just a little shooken up that's all." We all went into a group hug and ran back to the sandlot.

We all ran back, me and YeahYeah were holding hands we didn't even think it was weird it just kinda happened.
"What took you guys so long we've been waiting here forever." Benny exaggerated "Sorry Benny." I mumbled. I walked over and sat on the bench while all of them looked at me confused except Squints and YeahYeah.
"What happened?" Benny ask cautiously. At this point tears started in my eyes and I didn't know why, I never cry ESPECILLY around boys. I guess I was just scared.
YeahYeah's Prov
"What Happened?"
I saw Caden starting to cry so I did what of course any person with a crush or just decent person would do and ran up to her and hugged her.
"DUDE WHAT THE HELL HAPPEND!" Benny yelled, obviously concerned about Caden.
"It was the creep that works at the store." "He grabbed her but we got there in time and then she kneed him in the balls."
"Caden are you Ok?"
"YES BENNY IM FINE FORGET ABOUT!" she yelled still in my arms.
We were all silent until she broke the silence. "Im sorry." "Hey don't be sorry its ok." We all hugged and talked for all little.
Caden's Prov
We all talked for awhile and I soon forgot about the incident. IT WAS SO HOT.
"Benny its so hot im baking like a toasted cheeser!" Ham complained
"Yeah its like a million degrees out there you cant play baseball."
BLAH BLAH BLAH (I don't exactly what they say so bare with me.)
"Vote them anyone who wants to be a... cant hack it... panty wasted... who wheres there mommas bra no offense Caden." Everyone raised there hand Benny sighed, "Fine Fine what are we going to do?" (WE PRETENDING THAT SQUINTS LAUGHS BECAUSE YEAHYEAHS WHIPPED) Squints started laughing
"SCAN POOL HONEYS!"
"you guys have fun im going home."
"What why?" YeahYeah pouted
"because you guys are going to be staring at girls the whole time."
"I wont be, Please come." He begged
"UGH fine."
"Thank You."
*To the Pool*
I went home to change and met the boys at the pool.

I got there and they all looked at me with wide eyes.
I rolled my eyes "boys."
I walked over to the side and jumped in. After they got out of there trance they all jumped.
I was on YeahYeahs back and Squints was on Benny's. I finally pushed Squints of but he held on to my arm so we both went down.
We both came up from the water and started laughing.
Everyone went quiet and I had no idea what was going on.
"Wow" "cool" "I've swam here every year of my adult life, and every year there she is, lotioning, oiling, lotioning, oiling, smiling, SMILING, I CANT TAKE THIS NO MORE!" Squints started swimming over to the the deck.
I looked up and there was the one and only 'Wendy Peffercorn'.
"Where is he going?" I asked "After all these summers I think he is finally cracked."
Squints got on the deck and went over to the diving board's.
" what is he doing?" Ham asked "I don't know but that's the deep end and squints can't swim."
I would admire how cute YeahYeah I was being protected Squints like that and being worried for him, BUT our friend was almost about to die.
Squints looked at Wendy waved and then jumped off the diving board.
"SQUINTS!" We all yelled
We all got out of the water and ran over to the diving boards. Wendy saw us all and jumped into water after Squints.
They got him out of the water and started giving him mouth to mouth.
'Oh God please please please please please please please please don't be dead.' I prayed
"Come on Squints." "Please Squints!" "Aw man he looked pretty crappy."
All of a sudden squints opened his eyes.
"Huh?" We all said
He close his eyes again when he saw Wendy look again. She gave he one more and HE KISSED HER!
"LITTLE PERVET!" Wendy yelled "Oh he's in deep shit." Timmy said
She dragged him out so we all went after.
Well we all got banned from the pool today....
Damn that was the most eventful day yet.
