Dezy finally got home to see me sitting on the couch watching anime in the living room.
"Do you ever stop watching those cartoons?" She questioned as usual.
"Excuse me but these wonderful creations are not cartoon. They are works of hard working mangaka who finally got the respect they deserve." She looked at me dumbfounded.
"Whatever you say kiddo." She said shaking her head. She ran upstairs and I was left alone again. When I looked at the clock it read 11:54 pm.
Thinking i had enough for the night, I headed upstairs and went to go say good night to Dezy. But when I opened her bedroom door, someone was leaning over her bed with a knife in his hand. He must have heard me gasp because he turned around and stared at me. With such wide eyes. He looked... deformed. He had a blood stained, white hoodie with black jeans. His hair was pitch black and his skin was paper white. His eyes looked like he burnt his eyelids off. And his smile. He had a bloody, jagged smile that was craved into his skin. He started to walk towards me and I knew that was my cue to run.
"You're not getting away that easy, bitch." His voice was raspy and sounded like he hadn't talked in ages. I ran into my room, locking my door before he could follow me inside. I knew that wouldn't hold him but it would give me enough time to hide. I heard three knocks on the door.
"Here little piggy, piggy! Let me in!" He cooed. I ran into my closet, hiding in a hamper behind all my clothing. It was dark and I was well hidden. I soon heard him attempting to pick the lock. I guess he didn't want to wake my sister up by busting the door down. The door soon made a click noise and a creak escaped from the door hinges. I held my breath as he entered the room.
"Come out, come out. Where ever you are!" His foot steps got closer to the closet then seemed to disappear. I soon let out a quiet sigh of relief, glad to hear he was gone. I was wrong because the closet door soon flew open. He opened the hamper and gave me a creepy smile.
"Hello Piggy!" He grabbed me by the back of my shirt and pulled me out of the hamper. I could barely reached the floor. He pinned me up against the wall with his rusty knife up to my neck.
"Go. To. Sleep." He whispered I'm my ear.
"Wait!" I shouted. He seem taken back by my sudden demand. "Only on one condition! Please just listen to it." He dropped me, making me hit the floor hard.
"Did I heard you right, Piggy? You want to make a deal with me? Ha! Sure I'll listen." He stared at me in amusement. I stood up and brushed my lap to get the dust off my jeans. I swallowed the lump in my throat and stood up strait to seem taller.
"Yes, you heard me right, Bleached Voldemort. I want to make a deal. You can kill me, but you have to leave my sister alone. Got it?" I stared at him with irritation in my glare. He stood there probably thinking about my proposal.
"You know what? I'll make you a better deal. I won't kill you or your sister if I get to stay with you. Cops have been on my ass and I need... a sanctuary I guess you could say." He laughed maniacally as if he told the funniest joke in the world.
"What? No way." I couldn't have him here. What if Dezy found him? What if I got arrested for harboring a fugitive?
"Fine. I guess I'll just kill your sister." He turned on his heel and started to walk out my bedroom. I grabbed his wrist pulling him back into the room.
"Fine." I sighed. "You can stay. You have to be unnoticed."
"Piggy, dont make me laugh. That's my specialty," he replied unamused while jumping into my bed.
"What do you think you're doing?"
"Sleeping. What does it look like?" The mysterious killer draped his arm over his eyes while letting out a sigh. I walked to where he layed peacefully on my bed and poked him. In return there was no response. I gathered a pillow and a blanket then laid it on the floor and closed my eyes.
I think I just made a deal with the devil and I was in for one hell of a dangerous journey.
