BEING IN A PORTAL already was not bad to be honest

BEING IN A PORTAL already was not bad to be honest. It was calm before the storm. Everything was ready. The plan was in motion, they should be fighting with Thanos right now.

Doctor Strange placed me in a desert type planet away from the battle that they were having on Titian. He reassured me that no one would try to harm me, but I told him that I could take care of myself.

I was admiring the planet that Doctor Strange placed me on. It was very calm and it looked unbothered. The thought of Thanos being on the other side of a portal kept making me nervous. I was walking around trying to calm myself down. My emotions were all over the place making me just dislike my father even more since he is the reason why we are in this mess.

I saw the floor underneath me start to disappear. I knew that this was the moment–to get my sister back, to prove to my father that he made a mistake taking me away from my family and save the universe. The floor opened, making me fall out of the sky right on the ground to Titian.

I looked at my surroundings and saw that the plan was working. I saw my father under Mantis' power and I heard Quill in front of Thanos talking to him. I was starting to get confused as to why I was out of the portal when it seemed like they got everything under control.

"Not so tough now huh? Where's Gamora?" Quill asked Thanos.

"My Gamora," Thanos said ruthlessly.

"Oh, bullshit."

"Gamora?"

I turned around knowing that voice and saw Nebula. All I wanted was a hug from her other sister having Nebula tell me that everything is going to be okay, but sadly that's not what happened.

"He took her to Vormir to get the soul stone. She didn't come back," Nebula said towards us.

"Tell me she's lying!" Quill said on the bridge of breaking down.

Hearing that made my heart stop. I shook my head in denial hoping that my father did not just kill his own daughter for a stupid stone.

"You asshole! Tell me that you didn't do it."

"I had to," Thanos said in pain due to Mantis' powers.

With sadness and anger going through my veins, I didn't know what to do. I lost one of my sister's, and there's nothing that I can do about it. My mind went spiraling; I couldn't think straight. I felt like my heart was racing almost like I just ran full speed by getting chased by something, but I didn't escape.

"No, you didn't," Quill said stunned, then he started to smack his blaster at Thanos's head.

A lightbulb went off in my head knowing why I was brought out of the portal. I knew that the only way to actually win, is to get the stones away from him. I quickly ran over to Quill to stop hitting Thanos with his bluster.
