(Y/N)'s P.O.V

I walked down the stairs of the house I shared with Brian. Brian was my best friend, and I wouldn't trade him for the world.
Although, I had a bit of a crush on him.
Okay, maybe it was a huge crush, but I could never let him know that.
Besides, I already have a boyfriend that I love dearly.

Brian looks at me and says "You look amazing"
"Thanks, Bri"
"May I ask where you're going?" Brian questioned. "Alex is gonna be over in a minute, to take me to see Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" I informed, touching up my hair with my fingers a bit.
"Oh, Alex." Brian said bluntly. "Yep." I smiled popping the 'P'.
Just then, Alex knocked on the front door.
"Oh, he's here! How do I look?" I questioned, striking a pose.

"You look great, (Y/N)." Brian stated plainly, going to sit on the couch.
I watched him walk to the couch with a puzzled look on my face. 'Why is he acting so weird all of a sudden?' I shrugged it off when another knock came to the door.
I jogged to the door. "I'm coming!" I yelled to the door, opening it when I arrived. "Hey, Alex!" I smiled pecking him on the lips.

"Hey, babe!" Alex chirped, giving me a hug before saying "Come on we don't wanna miss the movie" he grabs my hand. "Bye, Brian!! I should be home in about an hour or so!" I called out to him.
"Yo, Brian. Catch you later dude" Alex called out to Brian. "Have fun." Brian called back sarcastically before I closed the door.
I get in the car and we went on our way.

Brian's P.O.V

"Alex, Alex, Alex, Alex." I spat, pacing around the living room talking to myself. It was always best for me to talk to myself when (Y/N) was not around.
But when it was about Alex, I just had to let this anger out.
"It's always Alex this or Alex that. Why can't it just be me? What does Alex have that I don't? Sure, he treats her well, but I know an asshole when I see one. She deserves so much better than him. I just wish she wasn't so blind to see that I'm right in front of her. I'll just be glad when Alex is out of the picture, and I can move in it."

(Y/N)'s P.O.V

When we arrived at the Cinema, Alex told me that he'd pay for food and drinks.
He opened the door and helped me out of the car.

We walk in and he got us 2 Large Popcorns and 2 Large Cokes.
We were just about to walk into the theater where Jumanji was playing when a girl walked over to us.
"Alex? Who is she?" She asked
"I'm his girlfriend" I reply
"No, I'm his girlfriend" she said.
Both of us just looked at Alex with anger.

"I can explain" Alex said
"No need to explain, you cheating bastard" I say before I opened the lid of my Coke and poured it right on his head.
The other girl then dumped her Popcorn on his head.
I high fived the other girl as we walked out, flipping him off.
"Need a ride home?" She asked
"No thanks, I'm gonna call my best friend to pick me up" I say as I dial Brian's Number
"Ok, Bye" She said waving as she drove off in her silver Toyota Prius.

"Hello?" Brian answered.

It was like as soon as I heard his voice, I opened the floodgates. "Can you come and get me please?" I sobbed over the phone. "Y-yeah sure, what's wrong? Where are you?" Brian panicked sounding like he was in a hurry.
"I'm at the Cinema, the one that's closest to our house and I'll tell you about it when you get here." I sobbed wiping my tears. I just wanted to curl up next to Brian and have him tell me everything was gonna be fine.
