*the girls had driven to pops*

Sydney POV
I opened the door and let Maddie go inside first , she smiled at me and walked ahead . We sat next to each over in our regular booth .
Kevin walked over to us
" madney !!! " he smiled
Me and maddie exchanged confused looks
" wtf is madney ? " she asked in her confused voice . She was cute when she was confused .
" your ship name " he grinned
And I blushed a little
" we are not a ship " i crossed my arms
" then why are you blushing ? "
He sat across from us and i turned my head
" I - I'm not " I lied and Maddison grabbed my hand from underneath the table so he couldn't see
" aww you so are " he laughed
Maddie shot him a serious look .
Trust me , that look was SCARY mads was never serious - so even you got that look , you were basically fucked.
" uhmmm - annyywaays  ... can I take your order " he went red and edged away
" you work here ? " I asked turning back around
" yeah , my dad thinks I need work experience " he rolled his eyes
" at least he cares " maddie looked down for a second and the building fell silent before she said " I mean umm ... the usuals , 1 strawberry , 1 double chocolate "
I tried to take her mind of off her parents and put my head on her shoulder and
my hand on her thigh
" you know me so well b-
" I went to say babe and remembered Kevin was still sat there " ... b ... estie "
I could tell Kevin wanted to laugh but he didn't .
I gave him a serious look and he finally walked away and made the drinks
A few moments later He placed them on the table and I handed him the money
" thnx " he took the money and smiled at the two of us " I'll leave you too alone " he winks
I shook my head and rolled my eyes

Maddies POV

It seemed like Kevin was catching on , but he was always randomly shipping people together .
Sydney slid the strawberry milkshake over to me and I smiled back at her
" we should go , Kevin's on the loose " she whispered and I couldn't help but laugh a bit too loud

The bell in the door rang , signalling somebody had entered

We turned around to see 6 familiar faces behind us , everyone was here
Veronica , Toni , Cheryl , Archie , Betty and jug
Jughead Adjusted his beanie
" hey Lodge , topaz "
he knew I hated being called that .
Veronica , Toni , Sydney and I all said at the same time
" which one ? "
" Sydney and maddie , I've been with you two pain in the asses for the past 2 hours " he laughed and everyone sat at our booth
I heard Sydney whisper quietly
" just great "
" what ? " Betty asked politely trying to figure out what was going on
" oh nothing " she smiled politely and I sipped my milkshake
" hey ... I didn't see you guys leave last night ? " Veronica tilted her head
" oh , yeah we left after spin the bottle " I lied . Veronica always knew when I was lying so I looked at Sydney the whole time so she couldn't see my face
She and Cheryl gave eachover this look , this weird look ... was it that obvious ? I mean I'm actually a pretty good liar
" maddie didn't you want to show me that thing ? " Sydney said putting her hand on my thigh underneath the table
" oh yeah , the thing " I smiled , finally an excuse to leave
" what thing ? " Archie said biting down on his fries .
Got he's stupid why is Roni dating him
" ... a movie " we walked out quickly and drove back to Sydney's trailer - thank god .
