Singh says, he's on the roof the office responds what? Asks Singh, on the roof is a man standing on the ledge he has blonde hair and blue eyes, and red bowtie, ALLEN WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING UP HERE? Screams Singh, sorry captain I just wanted  a better view of the scene, says Barry Allen the man standing on the ledge, we have helicopters for that, right now we need to find who did this and how Captain Singh says, I already know who and how Barry says with a smile, who Singh says as he rolls his eyes, there's finger prints everywhere I still need to match them, but I think it's Leonard Snart, Barry says, Snart you haven't matched the prints and you think it's snart? And knocking him back into the chemicals causing the lights to go out in the building.... Barry lays there on the ground...
