chapter 6

Kals Pov

My heart felt like was on my hands. My grandmother has been talking to Larina for hours. It starting to furstare me. If this keeps up I might lose my mind and break her door. I already tried three times. To a point I had to be locked in chains until my Zalya was done talking to her.

The fear of her leaving me made my heart hurt really badly. The mere thought sicken me. I felt like i was losing my strength my strength by the second and any moment now. My heart would stop beating. My wolf couldnt stand to be faraway from our mate when we just met her. I wanted to hold, protect her and make love to her.

"Here man. I brought you some food." Kell tossed layed a plate of food infront of me. "I am going to unlock your chains but you have to promise not to go crazy on me." I gave him a dumb look.

"Is he serious right now? Does he think i will be able to digest anything with the fear of losing my mate."

"I guess I will eat your food for you." He took the plate and started digging. I looked away from him when he started making annoying sounds. "This food is so good. It just like haven and earth all in one...mmh." I rolled my eyes at him.

"You know I don't blame you for being so protective of her. When i met my mate. I never wanted to let go of her but i guess fate had other plans." Kell stood up facing me. Kells mate died in battle three years ago. Her name was amila. They have two daugthers togetehr. Judy and Julia. If it went for her daughters. I am pretty sure he would have taken his life by now. It scars me how insane and sucidail one acts when they lose there mate. I just hope my fate doenst end the same way. Losing Larina would mean the end of me.

"I can't imagine my life without her now that I have found her."I sighed.

Larina's Pov

After hours of talking to zalya. I was now convinced that all supernatural creatures exist and what i use to call "normal life" is nothing but an illusion. It turns out half the people I know may be secretly supernatural beings. Some may be aware of there gifts others are not.

She went on to explain to me about mates and werewolves. Everything as in everything. Turns out I can't live without Kal and nor can he without me. Especially since he marked. I did find the mark on my neck quite strange. Everything I did touch it. It did release feelings of pleasure and my whole body would hit up.

"Let say. I choose to be his mate but i don't want to be changed into a werewolf. Will he be able to live with that?" I asked zaylar as she patted my hand.

"That possible. Yet it will be hard on him because being a werewolf is not an easy thing. Especially an alpha."

"Why is that?"

"Well... we have our share of enemies and without our wolf strength we did be easy kill targets."

"I see." I took a deep breath. "Well thank you for everything. It truly means a lot to me." I attacked her with a bear hug. She was hesitant to hug me back. But she did.

"It my pleasure my dear child. I am glade you have chosen to stay." We pulled apart.

I stood up opening the door. "Well it not like i have a choice right?" I walked out closing the door behind her. I quickly found Kals room. I was a bit sad when I didn't find him inside. I went and took a long hot shower. I needed it. I still needed to process everything that just happened  and that my life will never be the same again.

I got out of the shower to find Kal sitting ontop of the bed. Shoulders bent down. Hands on his head. He looked frustrated and I didn't like that look on him.

I went and set next to him.

"Damn he stinks."

"Man this dude. Needs a shower."

The next thing i knew he buried his head in my neck sending electric waves to pass through my body. He was about to say something but i cut him off backing away.

"I won't leave you." I said softly. He looked up at me. Almost in tears. I could see he was speechless.

"You mean that?"

"Yeah... that is if you take a shower. You stink." I smiled at him. He returned the smile before his lips clashed with mines again. I nearly lost consciousness kissing him. It seemed like we could never stop kissing each other. It got to a point his kisses started trailing down my neck to my shoulder bone.

"Your beautiful." He said between kisses. "Can i kiss you forever." I nodded my head. We went on like that until i pushed him away when he nearly ripped my rope to shreds.

"Can we take things slwoly. This is new for me. I don't want to jump the gun to soon." I held on to the rope. Pushing him of me.

"I am sorry. I got carried away again." He stood up taking of his clothes.

"What's he doing? What happened to talking things slwoly."

I heared him chuckle. "Don't worry. I am not going to do anything to you." He was now but naked. I blocked my eyes.

"What this guy trying to do?"

He took a towel in the wadrop before heading to the shower. I felt my body heat rise. "You have got a nice ass."

"Thank you again. Like i said yersterday. The door is open. You can join me if you like."

I rolled my eyes at him. "Like i said. Dare to dream."

"Soon my dream will be a reality." He winked at me. I tossed the duvet over my head avoiding his lustful eyes.

After an hour. I felt hands around my waist as i got pulled closer to someone's body. I knew it was Kal's by the way i felt sparks allover my body whenever he touched me. He kissed the back of my head. "I love you."

I felt my body tense at his words. "Don't worry. You don't have to say it back."

"Please do understand. This is happening way to quickly for me. I just want us to take things slwoly before..." he cut me off.

"Shuu... I understand. I don't want to rush you to do or say something you not ready to or don't feel." He turned me so I could face him before packing my lips. "I willing to spend the rest of my life trying to show you how much I love you, until you learn to love me back."
